If i unfreeze a creature well overdue evolving, will it evolve?

@-starfire- Yes, it will evolve around 4 am Egg Cave Time, when all other creatures evolve. It will also go straight to the stage that fits its stats. So it is entirely possible to unfreeze an egg and have it reach its final stage, skipping all in between stages.
