Tusami finsihed her chaffinch and sat up. "This place could use some clouds." She thought and made htem appear. She padded along the dark ground trying to find other cats.

Daphne noticed a cat was following her. She turned around. There was a ginger tabby behind her. Thinking she was one of Cather's followers, Daphne tackled her. "What do you want with me cat?!" snarled Daphne.

The cat had her claws at Sheri's throat. "I-I-I'm NOT one of Cather's followers! I hate him for cursing me! Curse him! Curse him! May he die of a painful-". Sheri's voice wavered. She started to cry at the memories.

Daphne's grip loosened. This cat was crying now. "I hate that flea bag too." said Daphne. The ginger cat smiled. "You know, don't try to think of things as a curse. Think of it as a blessing-" Daphne wondered the cat's name. "What is your name?" asked her. " Sheri" said the ginger cat.

Sheri smiled when the cat called Cather flea bag. The cat's words echoed deep in her mind. Then the cat asked, "What is your name?" "Sheri", Sheri replied, "What is your's?" "Daphne."said the strange cat, "Call me Daphne."

"What does it mean?" asked Sheri. "It is a flower that is poisonous." answered Daphne. Then Daphne was thinking of the flower daphne. A flower appeared on the ground. 'Oooh, what's that?" asked Sheri. 'DON'T TOUCH IT!" screamed Daphne. Sheri drew back. Then, both cats heard a faint rustling.

May had awoken and heard some yelling. She searched a bit and found its source. She looked and saw two cats talking. She walked a little closer to get a better view, but made a bit too much noise in the proccess and caught the two cats attention.

Daphne and Sheri turned their heads torward a brown she-cat. Has this cat been spying on us?, thought Daphne, No, very unlikely. Then, Daphne thought of something. Is this cat one of Cather's followers? Daphne unsheathed her claws and arched her back. She prepared to spring.

Sheri's mind swam with questions. Who is this cat? Where did she come from? Is she vicious? Was she eavesdropping on them? Sheri's mind know flipped to one question.

May was filled with fear. The cats didn't seem very happy she had been snooping and looked ready to rip her to pieces. "I-I'm May" she stammered. "Who are you?"

The night had long since gave way to the sun and Seira was still lost. The squirrel she had knocked unconscious long ago was alive and kicking once more as it shouted out frightened cries. Of course, the disheveled kit was quite annoyed and threw the creature at a rock, where it had fainted. Grabbing onto its neck again, the kit sighed. "I really do need to figure out how to properly kill one of these things. Without getting their blood and stuff everywhere." She shuddered. "Last time I try to figure that out myself..." as she trailed off, her ears had pearked up as she recognized May's soft voice in the distance. "Finally, I found them again!" She shouted cheerfully as Seira had bolted out of there with the squirrel in her jaws.

Daphne sheathed her claws. This cat was no threat. Daphne can sense her fear. Now that Daphne thought of it, she had been a little extreme toward the cat. "I'm Daphne and this is Sheri. I thought you were one of that-" Daphne coughed, "flea bag's followers."

"Daphne and Sheri huh? Well those are nice names! I'm May. That fleabag you were talking about, did he happen to be a cat named Cather?" asked May? She felt very relieved that these cats weren't going to rip her pelt off.

Not to far away from the trio, the kit paused as she thought about how she should make her entrance. After making up her mind, the kit climbed up a nearby maple tree (with some difficulty as she still carried around the heavy squirrel with her) And gazed down at the cats. Seeing how they were talking about Cather AGAIN, the kit yawned and relaxed into the soft leaves upon the thick limbs. If her guess was right, they would be there for quite awhile. However, should things end up differently, well...There's always Plan B.

"Nya!?" Seira meowed in surprise as she almost tumbled off the tree. Glaring up at whatever had knocked her over, she hissed, "What was that for!? It's not as if I've done anything to you" Almost immeadiatly though, she had calmed down slightly, as the anger in her eyes had then changed into a look of innocent curiosity. "How did you get up here anyways?" She wondered before sighing loudly, careful not to be overheard by the trio nearby. "Wait wait wait...Don't tell me. Cather did this to you, didn't he..." The kit stated quite plainly as she reached a claw to retrieve the abandoned squirrel nearby.

"I thought so..." She sighed as she curled up around the squirrel. Once she decided that she was comfortable enough, Seira looked up at the larger cat. "Yep, he turned me into a cat as well. However, unlike most peop-er cats,kit in my case actually, I welcome the transformation. By the way, my name's Seira. What's yours?"

Daphne heard some noise around them. "Well, we better go guys. Spies could be around. And I would gladly rip their bodies into pieces!" said Daphne happily. She walked towards the rock and slipped under a gap.

At Daphne's crazy face expression, Sheri was probably not going to sleep for a week. "Uh, well, Daphne is not a freak at all..." meowed Sheri sarcastically.Then, Sheri heard meowing and chatter around her. "May, do you think we should run or what?" whispered Sheri.

May listened to the mewing and realized she knew who's it was. It was that annoying little cat named Seira. " No we don't need to run, I got this. Come on out Seira! These cats don't bite!"

Upon hearing May's call, Seira's ears fell back in disappointment. "Aww...I was hoping to be like a ninja and surprise them all!" She whined to herself. Looking back at Tsunami, she stood up. " Well Tsunami,my power is the ability to communicate peacefully with other animals." the fluffy kit meowed cheerfully. Walking calmly to the end of the branch to peer down at the forest beneath the tree, Seira tossed the plump unconscious squirrel to the cats below. "It was certainly nice meeting you Tsunami, but I better go and join the others below.If you want to though, you're welcome to come with."The kit invited. Turning her head back to the larger cat behind her, she grinned. "Ciao!" From there, the kit dropped from the high branch and landed safely on a pile of leaves nearby, scattering them everywhere.

Daphne settled on a comfortable spot on the ground. Then, she heard some meowing. Who is that?, thought Daphne. She ran back to the place where she was chatting at.

Daphne looked Seria. She is a fluffy light brown kitten. Daphne was not sure if she was a Cather-follower or a human-at-heart cat. "Hello." said Daphne.

Tusami nodded to the kit and bounded down the tree and landed in the dirt. 'Nice weather.' She thought then 'Something needs to done about that.' She then thought of storms and sure enough the rain came. Pouring down on her pelt.

Shivering slightly from a cool wind wrought upon by Tusami's sudden storm, Seira muttered under her breath, "Man, for someone who never wanted powers, she sure does seem to enjoy using hers..." Shaking her head, the kit looked up at the older cat. "Hi there! It's nice to meet you Daphne!" She meowed kindly. "And before you bother to discreetly ask about Cather..." The kit's tone had changed to that of annoyance as she trailed off. "I am-er was a human girl until he suddenly decided to turn me into a kitten with a mildly supernatural power of my choice. In my case, the ability to speak to other species peacefully. Anyways, my relationship with him is almost non-existent and unlike most, I do not view him as a threat or danger nor do I see this transformation as troublesome. In fact, I frankly just simply don't care about him at all and I have enjoyed being a cat so far." She explained in a monotone voice as she picked up the plump squirrel nearby. "Now that I got that out of the way..." She muffled through fur. "Who here's hungry?"
