About pet names. Ever get that feeling...

...where, after you read a certain book/see a certain movie/whatever, you just long for a creature named after a character in said book or movie or show? 😋 If so, what show/book/movie/whatever?

For me at the moment, it's a name from "A Streetcar Named Desire."

I would love Blanche or Stanley, haha.

Also, this doesn't really have to do with any name I want, but I always find it funny when I see everyone after one name, and I'm just like, "Huh, what's so special about that name?"

...and 90% when I look it up, it's from Homestuck. xDDD

I want the name Plumpkin and Slenderman, I was going to use Plumpkin for my Kinump and figured nobody would take it so I didnt get it on a common egg, then this month someone named their Scarrow that before I got my Kinump Dx

Hmmm... I actually have my eye on a certain name right now. It's on an abandoned account, DANG CREATURE JUST WON'T DIE ALREADY. For real, it's been a month!

I stalked for ages for some of them, though I don't stalk accounts of (semi) active people, only truly abandoned ones. The name I want most and will never get is Sakura (without a hyphen) T.T That's the only one I'd kill for (figuratively speaking). Other than that I can generally get around names being taken thanks to the honorifics in Japanese, there's always one which isn't taken yet XD

EDIT: I have it with music too, my absolute favorite name-creature combination is my frozen Snolo egg named Taikatalvi (magical winter) after a Nightwish song.

I want the names Werewolf, Poetry, Angel, Chocolate, Tito, Cocoa, Evanescence, Howl, Luna, Grace, Kesha, CeCe (I'm stalking this right now because I totally have a chance, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT STEALING IT) and Samantha.

I grabbed a few really nice names that I'm proud of: Nipha, Music, Carlos, Super, Danielle, Lycanthropy, Gloria, Awesome, Alkub, Butterscotch, Confetti, Miguel, Peeps, Chirpy, Courageous, Faithful, Glitter, Girl, Heartbeat, Hamburger, Maria, Marina, Oblivion, Rebellious, Recycle, Sorceress, Teardrops, Transformation, and Wolfgang.
