I think I've found out what might be wrong.

Since Egg Cave has not (in a long time) used the mechanic of an image on a random page on a random time, perhaps the site may be loading slower because it isn't used to this mechanic. Also, even maybe the software may have a few screwups in remembering the link to pop up, or even forgot the link was there. For me,all other sites are working fine, so it is definitely the site lagging, not your internet. I hope this helps!

Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
OS X 10.6
Fast internet connection with all site, but this one.

Can not get eggs from cave, can not click Gobblers.

None of the pop-ups work except the Gobblers. The Gobblers don't work on creature pages.
