Guys.

I leave FOR TWO MONTHS.
AND SUDDENLY A NYM IS WORTH A SHAIBUN?!

Can someone explain this insanity to me? How much is the most you've seen one go for/traded one for?

Yeah, it was one so sentimental to me that I might have even traded my Tine for it if I had to (without her name, though) + either the frozen nym and the Eyelemo that I ended up trading for it.

Yeah. I remember when they came out, they were popular, but it wasn't like a "I'LL DIE FOR YOURS" kind of popular.

That's kinda what happened to me ><"
One of my creatures got completely renamed to due a system thing, and I traded my Shaibun for it :'D
It's pretty crazy, yeah. But I did.

Well, it's one of those names that isn't exactly like, say, Moon or Sun, but that is nice enough that it would take some effort to convince someone to trade it away. The sad thing is, I had the name before (on a Blu), but traded it without thinking. xD I should have known to quickly change it before trading it, but I didn't and I think it ended up getting changed anyway and then someone who genuinely liked it caught it and my quest for it began.

Actually, now that I think of it, I had a lot of names when I first joined I'd trade my soul to have back. *grabby hands at Jericho and Hermes* ☹️

I don't remember if I got a Nym when they first came out, but I remember that the first stage one ended up growing on me, so I bought one and eventually froze it. After I traded it for my name, I was lucky enough to find another for trade. And I don't even remember what I offered tbh.

I don't know how much Shaibuns are worth, but the value of Nyms is through the roof o.o I'd seen it coming a mile away though, the 'cuteness factor' is to blame for it, it's mainly demand which is causing the price to skyrocket.
