Feeding takes a very long time. A person I normally feed every so often on v.1 takes about... 5-10 minutes, but on v.2, it took like, 15 minutes. o__o

@pwuffyDepends on how you feed. Personally I think its way more faster here.
icymuffin • 9 January 2011 at 6:45 PM
I find that it's much slower on V2 and I'm feeding the exact same way as on V1 (is there really another way?...). This makes me worried...

How do you guys feed? I use Snap links on Fire Fox.
plookle • 9 January 2011 at 10:24 PM
I use snap links on firefox also, and I think it's a lot faster on V2.

@plookle @pachi89 whats snap links?i do ctrl+click on each egg that i want to feed then hold my mouse and do ctrl+w to close the tab. it only takes about 3-5 min. i has a fast pc

Whhhatttt? Daugh, I'm missing out or something. I actually go and feed each and every egg. D:
elluwah • 10 January 2011 at 7:58 AM
I use Snap Links too, although it's a pain that you can't open all the eggs in one go like you can on V1. Or am I missing something here? XD I just can't seem to get it to work the same if there's a scroll-bar involved. But the actual FEEDING side of it... I find to be faster. I think it's due to not having that small "creature fed" messege showing up that makes it go faster. đPerhaps the people who find it to feed slowly just have slower computer systems?@redfire77 Snap links are an "extension" to the Firefox browser that allows the user to open multiple links in one click. It's VERY useful for egg cave. đ

Snap links is really cool. It's an add-on for firesfox- you can google it. When you have snaplinks you can right click and drag a bow that opens all the links it contains. It's crazy useful.
redfire77 • 10 January 2011 at 10:23 AM
@plookle it looked really cool, its just not compatible with the lastest firefox(that i have) boohoo âšī¸
meg • 10 January 2011 at 11:23 AM
@redfire77 i do the same thing that u do! the ctrl+click and then the Ctrl+W to close but i cant do it on version 2! it doesnt work! âšī¸
joy • 10 January 2011 at 2:38 PM
@redfire77 Try Multi Links. It works the same as snaplinks and is compatible with the newest FireFox browser. đ¸

I feed every egg by hand, and I really don't mind... o__o And my computer is almost new, it crashed about a month or two ago and it has a new hard drive. So its really fast most of the time.
redfire77 • 10 January 2011 at 7:10 PM
@meg thats strange. it always works for me
nvr4evr1 • 11 January 2011 at 10:50 PM
@pwuffy The blog is really fast for me while feeding takes forever for each page to load. D=
Deleted • 12 January 2011 at 3:32 PM
@nvr4evr1 Mmhm, me too! And sometimes the page isn't fully loaded (I feed fast) and I have to go back and feed it again.
Ian • 12 January 2011 at 4:34 PM
This doesn't appear to be a bug in any way...
nvr4evr1 • 12 January 2011 at 5:20 PM
@Ian It's a problem đ
nvr4evr1 • 12 January 2011 at 5:21 PM
@pwuffy Same thing happens here xD
Ian • 12 January 2011 at 5:28 PM
@nvr4evr1 so you're saying that the page is loading slow?
nvr4evr1 • 12 January 2011 at 5:42 PM
@Ian Yes, the page only loads slowly for when you click on a creature but the rest of the site is really fast, including the blog surprisingly when it has 3,000 comments. xD
Deleted • 12 January 2011 at 6:10 PM
@Ian it isn't slow for the pictures and etc. to load up, but you can't /really/ click until everything is all done. And it adds an extra like, 5 seconds for each feed. And my computer is fast.
rabbitwanter • 8 February 2011 at 8:01 PM
@ianyesh it takes a long time 4 the actual "feed #" 2 pop up after i've fed...or the "creature fed happiness +100" or sumthin idk
