How much would you pay for the name you want the most?

That is, of course, if the person who owns agreed to trade with you. And have you ever traded a lot for a name?

I'm kind of just curious to see. You can answer in CC, EC, creatures, travels, or a combo of all of those.😋

I already have the names I've always wanted the most, but I will say they were quite costly!

I paid my sister 50k and a bunch of tasmas and wynerls for InfinityMagic. 😸 She about hit me over the head because that was one of her favorite names but I told her i would give her more tasmas and wynerls when I got some xD I got a bonus 2 since the name was on a Sey 😃

HAHA I feel the exact same way! Actually got a few of them recently. We're probably stalking the same one. I have a list of names that regularly start to die...and then suddenly become 100 again...only to almost die again. 😋

Yeah, people keep creatures to die, we wait 1 month, and all of a sudden, they put Tim's on, and we wait for another month. ._.
I'm stalking some names which I like, and the owner doesnt want to trade them. I'm starting a small name collection. Its at a secret side. I'll keep about more than 50 there at a time, then I'll put Tims on them, immortalise them, and transfer them. Even though it takes effort. ._.

I always feel so selfish when I do this because there have been times I'd slack off or get busy and forget a side, inevitably losing a name or two. I don't ask for names back, unless it's special. In that case, I offer to buy the name back. Otherwise, I feel it's fair game if I get lazy. Congrats on a great name! 😋

Of course, if someone comes to me asking for a name back (which has happened, and I've been understanding about it), I'd be happy to trade back. However, in many cases, I'd be happy to offer CC to keep the name. I was thinking about making some statement about this on my name storage account, but I have a feeling that would lead to a lot of, "Hey, you own X, which died off of User A's account, but which used to be -insertcreaturehere- adopted by User B, who traded it to User C, who was holding it for me. Where's my CC, plz?"

So I guess it's a kind of unofficial right now. Anyone who is reading this can take note for the future! 😋

Same right here 😋 I have a few select ones that I've been staring at for weeks and they just won't die, and those are the ones that I'm going insane about xD I don't have much to pay for good names at the moment, but if I had a ton of CC on me, I'd probably pay up to a good 2k-3k CC for a personal favorite... which is dying, so you guys better not feed it either 😋 And I have a *slight* feeling that the three of us may be watching the exact same person... just saying xD

For the name I want, I'd be willing to pay 250 CC. Sadly, the name is on an immortal creature and there is no way the current owner would it too me. It's my name in RL and I would LOVE to own it. *sigh* Ah well, pipe dreams.

I know that feeling, too. There are actually names that I used to own that I'd love to buy back, but their new owners aren't interested. Ah well. My fault for being stupid and letting them go in the first place, back in the day when only 1 account was allowed and only 100 creatures in cove at one time. >___<

Most of the names I want right now are on immortal creatures of people who quit, so I just have to look at them and wish sigh. The other couple that aren't are NFT. I have paid over 500ec for my names, but because I know I can't complete my collection I wont pay to much more then that. But if I could get all of them I would start paying cc

@metaphor the highest I have paid for a name is, 3 names actually: 150k ec +luciales +moxel

And I'd only be willing to offer EC or recent LEs for the names I want since I can't afford to lose cc xP

Only EC. Probably not over 100k for just one. I don't think I would spend CC on a name since that's sort of out of my range, but that's just me xD
