How to get rid of the banner at the top?

I, too, read over that bit of the comment where Ian says there's a "hide this notification" link. I then jumped onto my storage (this account) to see for myself and... there isn't any option to hide it. o_O Bit weird, really.

The banner isn't really bugging me, but considering I have no use for it as the steps are all completed on this account, it'd be nice for it to have a "hiding" option. 😊
