The C+ was bad enough...

Now I've recieved a big fat D+ on my science quiz. And frankly, the plus does not make me feel better. AT ALL.
I also got a C+ on a PreAlgebra quiz last week and a C on a Gym test... The C really isn't so bad, because I bombed my first Gym quiz. SORRY if I don't know what happens during a penalty kick, geez!

I just want to shrivel away somewhere, because all of this is eating me away. If you guys saw the bags under my eyes right now, you'd run away screaming "Oh my gosh!!! It's a monsterrr!!!"

I have FOUR PROJECTS I need to do, and the deadlines are looming extremely close. THe only reason I'm even on here is because all of them require Internet access. I'll be lucky if I don't get skinned alive by spending a few minutes pleading for advice.

I would STUDY for these quizzes, but I have tons of homework every day, project deadlines right above my head, AND I've been blowing my brains out with illness for the past two weeks. If I catch a brief second in my day to pull out my note sheets, it will be a gift from Heaven above. Because I have no time, really. And when I DO find time, my sister is begging me to spend it with her.

All I can do is cram for a test 5 minutes before a quiz. Apparently that's not enough. I'm ashamed of myself, too. Science is the easiest class, and my teacher is amazing. I hate to disappoint him. ☚ī¸

At this point, it's not about effort, because I'm working my butt off. I'm just ashamed because I've been doing so well, and now I don't want my teachers to lose any respect they may have towards me. I blame PreAlgebra. Evil, time-consuming, pit of nothingness. SOLVE YOUR OWN PROBLEMS, BECAUSE I'M DONE PLAYING THE COUNSELOR WITH THOSE DANG RATIOS.

Yeah.... I have a lot of rant about school...
I need the world to end before my parents can see my report card with my hideous math grade Dx

I got a B last week on my math quiz -.-
Our quizzes are 50 points, and tests are 100.
Gah .-.

@dreamer , same here!!!! I had to miss school today because i turned my head to sharp this morning and pulled a muscle in my neck. I can't move my head, lay down, cough, laugh, and swallowing hurts too. You should have seen me try to pick up my bookbag this morning. I have so much makeup work it's not even funny. Good luck!

I hate disappointing my teachers too -.-
Theyll think I'm stupid and won't like me anymore.
Or they'll think I don't care about school anymore.
Which I do.
So yeah 😸

@Whitefall You know the funny thing?

All of the adults I've talked to (not teachers, though 😋) say that they have NEVER, EVER used 65% of the skills they were taught in school.

So...

You're going to whip us with homework, send us towards the breaking point, then ship us off into the real world without needing to know about this crap?

Nevermind the fact that consequences are so strict around here. They might even be increasing the amount of time of every day to around 7.5 hours next year. I WILL drop out if they even DARE to do that, after all of this??? Nope. It's not happening.

Now I'm just furious. My grades mean so much to me, but the only things that matter are robotic machines and the standards of society. It's worthless. It's all so worthless... D:

Well, This really really sucks. I hate it when work has been so backed up, and especially when Teachers don't seem to care about it. They give you all this work and homework, and then they expect you to do it all with no issues, when their will be some because we have lives outside of school, and other subjects, AND a limited amout of time to do it all in. I hope the situation gets better, and for the record I don't know anyone who knows what happens during a penalty kick.

@dreamer

People say you don't need what you learn in life. But in all actuality, you do.

What you learn now, will help you next year. And so forth.

I made the mistake of believing I didn't need to learn stuff b/c it was useless. I couldn't have been more wrong.

You need to learn how to time yourself and make a schedule for when to do your work. It only gets worse as you get older, trust me! And if you are having trouble, talk to your teachers. Explain to them your situations. You'd be surprised how understanding some teachers are if you take the time to talk to them.

Your teachers were once students too. It's the circle of life xD
