"We're in the woods so we can train without being noticed or hurting humans," Shira mrrowed. "It's more fun if you shift into an animal, though."
She shoved her nose into a hole, sniffing. "I found a mouse!" she purred in a muffled voice, dragging the poor thing out with care so as not to harm it. Frost changed her into a mouse as well, so she could see it more clearly. "Hello, little guy," she squeaked.

"Huh?" He watched as she played with the mouse in the tree, interested on how she ended up doing that. He could never change his form while merged. At least, Fira never told him how.

'Sadly for you, I can only change my own form, not yours.' She explained to Kai inside him, 'But there are things you can do with light magic that she cannot do with Frost's abilities.'

'Like?'

'Heal.' She went outside his body, stretching her shoulder muscles and let out a small yawn.

"Great, so I have to sit back at do no fighting, because I have to be a maid and tend to wounds, is that it?" He grumbled, not too pleased with the idea.

She eyed him, "Never said there wasn't fighting powers."

Shira yawned in a high, squeaky way, before morphing into the Frost-Shira that she was when they merged and dropping out of the tree, holding the mouse lightly.
"Hi!" he said, waving in a small motion at Kai. "My name is Squeak. What's yours?"

@Kurochi-Akuma Dad's home, so I have to get back to drawing.

'Okay, this HAD to be a weirdest thing I saw yet.' He thought, rubbing his hand through his hair.

Fira just giggled.

Shira whispered something to Squeak, then placed her on Ally's shoulder.
"Don't worry, I'll protect you!" he, well, squeaked.
Shira giggled, shifting back into a cat.

Storm cracked open her eyes, and yawned quietly. "What are we going to do now?" She asked, stretching. Her eyes remained blue, and she wondered whether or not she could use fire magic to warm herself up. It was awfully cold. 'Hold on...' Fyre murmured, and suddenly, Storm felt the air warm up. 'Thanks.' She thought.

Ally carefully place the mouse in her hand and set it on the ground. She turned around suddenly and her eyes filled with fear. It looked like the girl was starring at nothing, but with Harow merged with her, it was awful. Ally bit her bottom lip hard as it slowly bled.

Storm saw Ally's expression, and frowned. "You okay?" She called, still lending against the tree.

Harow appeared beside Ally, and looked at her worried. The demon knew what the young girl saw, and it truly was frightening to someone who has not seen it a hundred times before. The demon helped Ally sit down, an old oak supporting the girl.

Shira gently used her teeth to pick up Squeak, who said, "Aww, I wanted to help!"
"I'm sorry," she replied, shifting back to human form and placing him in her shirt pocket. "This isn't something you can help with."

"This forest, it has many lost souls. T-then there's..." Ally trailed off, slowly closing her eyes and putting her hand to her head. "No more merging for awhile, okay Harow?" Harow nodded in agreement.

Storm sighed, and unmerged. Feeling a bit tired, Storm watched everyone else quietly, wondering what to do. She was so bored, but didn't want to push anyone. They had all been through a lot lately, and Storm just didn't have the energy to cause another fiasco.

"Would you mind if Kai held you while I teach some other animals to talk?" Shira addressed Squeak.
"Not at all!" he replied.
"Watch Squeak for me!" she told Kai, morphing into a frosty-blue wolf with the trade-marked white eyes. With that she darted off deeper within the forest, seeking out a wolf pack.

Shira dashed through the woods, scenting for any signs of a passing pack of wolves. She skidded to a halt, finding a caribou's skeleton. It was fairly fresh. Less than 12 hours old. She looked in the direction the wolf-scent headed next before darting off into it. Her paws tore the ground as they carried her, practically giving her wings. Suddenly she stopped again.
A howling noise ripped through her ears, deep and smooth, and not at all unpleasant. She dropped to her belly and rolled over, performing the ancient wolf custom of submission.
The leader trotted over to her, sniffing. Suddenly his ears pricked straight up and he growled, deep in his throat. He knew Shira was hosting a demon, not a true wolf at all.

@Ems If she can persuade it to leave its pack. My dog is scared of the New Year's fireworks and is hiding under the computer desk. I'm a bit stuck in my post though. Do you mind helping Shira out? Maybe hear the howling...?

@whitefire Lol, that's my dog on the 4th of July, except he barks a bunch and whines, whimpers, basically making tons of noise. XD

Storm heard howls, and followed the sound, a bit curious as to what Shira was doing. Hiding in the bushes, Storm watched an ice blue wolf being pinned by another, normal-looking, wolf.

Shira really didn't want to resort to violence. Really didn't want to. She loved wolves, a lot. And cats. She didn't want to hurt him. She whimpered a little, and wagged her tail in an attempt to be friendly.

@Ems Lol! My dog's scared of everything. Even cats and water.

Storm gulped. Shira looked like she was in tons of trouble. But Storm couldn't beat up an entire wolf pack! That was just... crazy. The girl sighed, but it was a bit too loud, because one of the wolves growled, turning towards the bushes where Storm sat.

I sit there listening to Glyre then hear a wolf pack howling. Then it turned to low growling. Battle growling. "Glyre I have to go come with me I need to help someone." I shout as I turn and race towards the sounds. I end up tripping and falling alot on my way there but finally end up where the howling was coming from. I listen and detect hte aura of Shira and Storm both demon hosts. "Guys no matter what you think packs of wolves are alwyas dangerous!" I shout out as I burst from the bushes and tackle the leader giving Shira time to run as I scramble up a tree. Or at least what I thought was a tree.

The wolf leaped into the bushes, and grabbed Storm in its jaws as Storm squealed in fear, trying to pull away without hurting the creature. Eventually, she had to beat her fists against its face in an attempt to make it flee, but it merely dragged her back into the clearing with the other wolves, as if she were lunch.

Shira growled low in her throat, the wolf word for "no."
She began to speak in wolf language.
"I am not here to harm you, I am here to help. Humans want to kill all wolves. They consider animals inferior. They are wrong. Teach them that! Let me teach you to speak their language. You can defeat them without harming them if you simply startle them. If you talk them out of harm, they may even help you. You could have friends. What I've desired all my life, and finally found. You too can have somebody to lean on, if you can convince them to trust you..."

She is speaking in wolf, so only the wolves can understand her. And the demons, but it's up to them whether or not they tell their partners.

I hear fists pounding against chest nad I make out Storm's aura. "Hold on Storm!" I call out as I jump out hoping to land on a wolf. Sure enough I don't. I land just a few inches from one and hit the ground sending shocks up my legs. I reach over and bat at it's muzzle and it retailiates by snapping it's jaws on my hand. I then start to kick it and it crashes into another wolf and so forth for about what sounds like three wolves after that. But hte tang of blood is in the air and I sense Storm still in danger her fear rolling off of her like a storm. "Storm relax your body nad the wolf will let go. Then when she does kick her in the jaw." I instruct her.

Storm gulped, and Fyre quietly translated the language in Storm's thoughts. The girl nodded, and backed away from the growling wolves. One of them was a sleek grey she-wolf with green eyes the color of grass. 'Wow.' Storm thought to herself.

I quickly climb hte nearest tree and sit up htere listening to hte wolf's as Glyre not only translate but thells me what is going on "There's and ice-blue wolf. That's Shira and Frost." She was telling me as I licked hte blood from my arm wound.
