They think everything is going to go their way and when it doesn't they just push through it and continue on their own way, no matter how many burrs they gain from that obstacle. It may be admirable to some, but not to others. They don't care if they harm another in the process, it's just straight ahead for them," Shira replied. "And since we are 'so advanced,' as you put it, we have medications so they can continue with it. Even thought the medications are bad for us, they'll go through whatever's in their way, use the medication to get rid of their burrs, and keep on going. People keep on inventing more, good ones, too, that make it possible to live longer. And then to them life becomes nothing special because they can just plough through, take the medication, and go on living because there's no risk of death to them. @whitefire LOL, good job. That's exactly how people are living today. Pathetic, really. :/@kurochi-akuma--Storm nodded, wanting to say something as well. "Because over time, people have lost sight of what's important, and it's clouded up their minds. They don't take the time to enjoy life, because they have been so advanced, that they don't care for much anymore." She said, but it was nothing more than a murmur. The wolf next to her nuzzled her. "But you good human." She said.

@ems@whitefire--Kai nodded in agreement to what both of them said. He wouldn't have in his "old life". With his mom being a nurse and his dad a tech specialist, his family tended to live like the people Shira and Storm described. He didn't like when people hurt animals though. The bullies at school would find helpless baby birds and try to break their wings, with the mother screeching above them. He wouldn't face them. He would just look away and pretend he couldn't see it; couldn't hear it. It's how he survived from being the "geek" or "nerd" in school. Well, that's what got him out of the most fights.

@whitefire Dang... That stinks.@kurochi-akuma--Storm sighed, feeling a bit sorry to those who would never enjoy the simple things in life.mso many were caught up in just going through the motions, that they never did anything worthwhile. She absent-minded lay pet the wolf next to her.

@ems@whitefire - Good luck. o3o b--"You know," He started, "I think I'm starting to like what happened to me." He surprised himself by thinking it at first. By being merged with a demon for life, it got him out of the nasty line everyone else was stuck in and could finally see the real part of life; friends, nature, and things to protect and cherish. A little part of him was wondering what his parents were doing while he was missing. He started to miss them. He closed his eyes, leaning back and falling on the ground. 'I can't let that get to me.' He thought, looking up at the sky.

@whitefire@kurochi-akuma--Storm smiled. "Me too." She agreed with Kai. This was so fun. It was crazy, like a roller coaster. After so many boring years, Storm finally got to do something interesting with her life. 'Trust me, once we get to the part where we fight the gods, you won't be having 'fun' anymore.' Fyre told her, but the girl waved it off. She had tons of friends on her side now, and demonic powers. She'd be fine.

"Are we going to start training or not?" She asked."Uh, sure." He stood up, looking over at Storm, "You want to come?" It seemed Shira was wrapping up getting the wolves on her side, so he figured it would be okay to start training.

She asked."Because," the creature sighed, "My pack doesn't seem to be the ideal place. Everything is about survival... And we only get to enjoy ourselves on occasion. Besides, I like you. I'm sure that you and your friends have a good pack." The wolf tried to smile, and Storm crept out of the clearing. "Come on Kai, let's go."

But once past the clearing's bushes, she began to run. She started as a trot. Then gradually sped up and hit the ground running. Her paws tread air as she tore through the underbrush, with trees flying past and bushes becoming blobs of deep green. She streaked through the forest, shifting back into a cat in one fluid motion and darting up a tree. She had arrived back before Storm and Kai had."I'm gonna scare them again!" she giggled quietly to herself.

@kurochi-akuma x3 I hate when my brain dies. D:@whitefire--Storm wove through the trees, the grey wolf at her side, quietly loping after her. Storm moved without a sound, other than the whisper of fabric from her clothing. She marveled at the massiveness of the forest trees, towering above her. A sense a freedom welled inside her, and she knew that she would like to live in a forest someday.

@ems - IKR? D:@whitefire@seaangel--Kai felt the forest was too isolated for his tastes. It was always so quiet and dense with bushes and trees that never seemed to end. Even with his friends with him, he still felt alone as if there were no civilazation around. They eventually made it back to the camp where Ally was left. Kai didn't see Shira anywhere, but figured she was still translating wolf language with the pack.'Alright. Time to get to work.' He thought, determined to master his new powers. 'What's up first, Fira?''I suggest you learn your light abilities, before you can work with Fyre's, Harow's, and Frost's abilities.' She noted, before pulling out of his body as a human."Let's start with concentration."'You're not inside me?' He eyed her, confused."Not yet." She smiled.

@whitefire - Certainly not~ XD@seaangel@ems--Kai flung forward and landed face first in the dirt covered ground. "Ugh!" He coughed out, lifting up his head and spitting out dirt. That time it hurt, more then scared him. "What was that for?" He groaned, trying not to sound angered by her attempt to scare him. He rubbed off the dirt on his face and in his hair, while Fira just laughed.'That's what I'm talking about. You need to be aware of your surroundings or little Shira might be a god someday~' She said in his mind, taking the oppertunity as a training lesson.

@kurochi-akuma 😋@whitefire@seaangel--Storm laughed at Kai as he fell. "Nice one, Shira!" She cheered as Fyre appeared in front of her. "I think you should start with hand-to-hand combat, though, you can't practice on anyone. You'll have to make do with the trees." He said, and Storm nodded. "What first?""When you punch, you have to do it a certain way, or you'll end up hurting yourself, rather than your opponent." The demon instructed, and taught the girl how to punch. Soon, Storm has perfected her punches and could punch trees without breaking her knuckles. Fyre nodded approvingly. "Good. Now, time to learn how to kick."

@ems@whitefire--"Heh. Well that's going to change soon." He triumph, getting back up to be instructed by Fira.Fira started with a more elemental feel than what Fyre was teaching Storm. She told him to concentrate on his inner power, before she merged with his soul entirely. She knew his strength was greater with hers than on his own. That's why she mainly focused on that aspect. Once he was able to tap into her power without being merge, she decided to go inside and start teaching him light demon spells.

@kurochi-akuma@whitefire--Storm nodded. "When you kick, there really is a special way to do it, like with punching. I'll teach you the roundhouse kick first, as it's one of the easiest." He demonstrated on a tree, and Storm felt the tree hit her leg. She gave no sign of pain, although it stung pretty bad. "When you do it, you have to make sure that you put your weight behind it, otherwise it does nothing." Storm nodded, and tried it a few times. The sun started to set, and Storm realized just how tired she was.

@ems@whitefire--After a long time being merged, Kai learned how to make light orbs and other ways of bending the element to his needs. He wanted to learn more, but his body felt weak and tired. He unmerged with Fira and looked over at Storm, noticing that she seemed also tired. "Why don't we call it a night." He said, sitting against against a tree to rest. The forest was colder at night. It was one of those chilly fall months, where the temperature didn't bring snow, but instead freezing rain. His short sleeve shirt and jean pants wouldn't be enough to keep him warm once winter hits. How long would they be out here training? If it was for awhile, they would soon need more then just a fire to keep them warm.

@kurochi-akuma@whitefire--Storm nodded blandly, and Fyre disappeared. "Your friends are cold. Lemme teach you a spell to warm the air..." He explained everything in Storm's thoughts. "Kay..." Storm murmured, and warmed the air a bit, which sapped her remaining energy, and she slumped against a tree, unconscious almost instantly.

@ems@whitefire--"Storm?" Kai said, worried about her. He scrambled to his feet, going over and shaking her by her shoulders. "Storm!" He said bit louder.'Stop, she's just tired and fell unconcious!' Fira said inside him.He stopped shaking her, frowning. He didn't like how Fyre exhausted her strength, but he didn't say anything about it. His eyes softened and he smiled. "Nice work, today. Heh." He said to her unconcious form, "But next time, don't exhaust yourself so much. It's only the first day of training." He sat down next to her and soon he become tired as well. He let his body relax against the tree, closing his eyes. The last thing he saw was the full moon rising in the night time sky, before he fell asleep and started to dream.

@kurochi-akuma@whitefire--"I'm fine...." Storm mumbled, only half awake. Too soon though, she fell asleep, a black, dreamless sleep calling her. Sighing, Storm heeded the call, and let the blackness engulf her. She enjoyed the dreamless sleeps. They were always so peaceful.

Night had fallen, and the moon had risen. Shira stood quietly, watching as Kai and Storm fell asleep. She had decided not to practice with them, as she was using Ice magic and didn't want to make them colder than they had to be.Silently she turned and left, shifting into a Fennec Fox and padding away into the night. She hit a clearing and stopped, listening with her over-sized ears. Nothing. Quietly Frost began to teach her how to cool the air, create orbs of ice and control them, and make snow-prisons. She shot an orb at a tree, watching with satisfaction when it didn't break but simply shot a burst of power and frosty light through the grassy opening. She then imprisoned the tree with snow, enclosing it soundly.Quietly she collapsed, curling up in a ball of fluff and sighing.'Get a good night's sleep,' Frost murmured quietly from her soul.@Kurochi-Akuma@Cynder5@SeaAngel@EmsNot morning yet!

@whitefire oops. 😋 how about now? If so...@kurochi-akuma--The next morning, Storm woke with a groggy yawn, and stood up, feeling much better after getting her rest. Kai was still asleep, so Storm climbed the tree she had been leaning against and sat in it's branches. Her heat spell had worn off, and the air was chilly, just how Storm liked it in the morning. She watched the wolf's chest rise and fall, her pretty fur shining a bit in the predawn light. Storm closed her eyes, enjoying the feeling of goosebumps rising on her skin.

@ems@whitefire--Kai stayed asleep against the tree for awhile, unmoved by the chilled air. He mumbled out something in his sleep, but it was no words Storm could hear.
