Mors had opened his eyes and now he was hungry. He didn't know where his mom was so he went hunting. Then a bird fell out of a tree... It looked like Tsana. He was hungry so he pounced.

It's spring, right? With all of the rebirths?
What if it's winter, and you die? You get reborn into what? Not many things start life then.

Hvarr yawned and looked up at the sky. It was darkening, and the sun was just above the horizon. He new weapon had ben placed into a small crate, and now she was grazing peacefully. In only 25 hours, there would be a meeting. She decided to spend the next day grazing. That's it. She got busy when she worked on new projects, and could easily ignore her body's needs.
With that in mind, the mare forced all other thoughts out, trying to become the most normal horse she could, with her goddess conscience only in the back of her mind, floating, but not doing anything. Once that happened, she walked over to the stream, and the patch of clovers she had intended on eating.
Her dark body ate almost all of it, until darkness finally set in. Then, she took a drink, and fell asleep by the quiet stream.

Tsana blinked. She had died, and now she was a kitten like Mors...maybe humans weren't the best choice for immediately becoming the death god. Becoming some other god, and possibly eventually becoming the death god when they had enough experience and had learned to not let their emotions affect their judgement...

Hvarr woke up to morning, bright an early. Some thoughts cam up, but she shoved them behind quickly. She HAD to just enjoy the day as a simple-minded normal horse. So that's what she did. The entire day, she just wandered about, sometimes running to put off excess energy.
The only thing that was strange was when she came close to the human town. There was a long funeral procession, with two parents crying their hearts out over their poor daughter. She felt a twinge of sadness, but moved on. When she came back for some delicious berries off a bush she hadn't finished, there was something similar, over a son instead.
"He was too young!!! *sob*" Ah well... She decided to stay away from the town and instead ran like a mad horse around a large clearing, before settling down again. When the sun started to set, she took a long nap. When she awoke, the full moon was rising. Finally, her goddess mind surfaced, and she ran over to the mountain for the monthly meeting.

Seasons happen because of Earth's position around the sun, right? Well, Earth rotates, so the same amount of Sun would hit different parts of Earth, just at different times.
Well not the exact same, because of the tilt...
