@cotton Cool! π She does come later in the books anyway.

@cotton@bunnyshadow@nousernamesleft Just warning you, 5 lives in the forest.@asiTo heck with this. Since I don't think Cotton's gunna start, Imma try this. XD--5 woke to the sounds of birds chirping sweetly. She stood, stretching her arms towards the sky, yawning quietly. Bored, 5 almost wished that she could climb a tree like she did when she was younger, but didn't want to look like a child. She sighed, and sat against a trunk of a tree instead, enjoying the sounds of the forest waking up.
nousernamesleft • 27 January 2013 at 12:41 AM
@ems Ok, cool. I'm gonna make it so that we used to live in the city. Ok?--Marlene watched the girl sitting against the tree and remembered how happy she was when they lived in the city. Marlene had taken up a part time job and 5 had enrolled at the local high school. Both of them had lived a normal life, or as close to normal as they could be when they were aliens, but that was before the Mogs found them.
ems • 27 January 2013 at 12:48 AM
@nousernamesleft Sounds fine to me. πΈ--5 wished she had a real name... But that was a wish. Never to be fulfilled. 'I will be nothing more than a number.' She thought spitefully. She noticed her Cepan watching her, but pretended to be unaware. Marlene was her best and only friend at the moment. If not for her, 5 would've likely killed herself long ago.
nousernamesleft • 27 January 2013 at 1:19 AM
@ems π--Marlene knew that she would never be able to understand the problems that her friend went through. 5 had developed a number of friendships before they were unexpectedly stopped when she was young and after that she became secluded and shy whenever they were in public. Marlene hated the shy side of 5, it was nothing like the crazy girl she loved.
ems • 27 January 2013 at 1:23 AM
@nousernamesleft πΈ Also, even though 5 did have tons of friends that weren't really friends, please don't make up things about my charrie. Sorry if this sounds rude... ^^'--5 shook her head, clearing the dark thoughts from it. She looked nervously over to Marlene, her eyes clouding with sudden hurt as she remembered the numerous relationships that she had, and how they all left her. Alone. That word. So familiar, and held the key to 5's life. It described a lot of things about her. People were always leaving, except Marlene, and 5 was so grateful for it.
nousernamesleft • 27 January 2013 at 1:38 AM
@ems Sorry. No problem. I'm trying to mean that 5 would have gone to school and met people but never really became close because she would have to move around all the time. Most of the garde have that mentioned in the books. I've got no idea where to go next. Should we wait for some others to come online?
ems • 27 January 2013 at 2:07 AM
@nousernamesleft Oh, I see. Well, I am staring at you. xD Um, we can wait, if you want.
nousernamesleft • 27 January 2013 at 2:43 AM
@ems π Oh, yeah.--Marlene went and sat next to 5. She recognised the look in her friend's eyes. It was when she felt truly alone. Marlene also knew that this was when 5 needed company and she would always be there for at those times.
ems • 27 January 2013 at 2:49 AM
@nousernamesleft π--5 leaned on Marlene, closing her eyes, and silently enjoying her friend's company. After a few moments, she managed to find her voice. "Morning." She said quietly. She felt the sudden urge to go bonkers, but her melancholy mood had yet to lift up.
nousernamesleft • 27 January 2013 at 3:04 AM
@ems --Marlene wrapped her arm around 5's shoulder and stroked her hair gently. "Morning" she said back. "How are you?" she asked gently even though she knew the true answer.
ems • 27 January 2013 at 3:13 AM
@nousernamesleft--"The usual. You know how it is in the mornings." 5 murmured. Mornings were always hard. Birds and other animals were usually in groups, reminding 5 of what she didn't have. But that was okay, she at least had one friend in the world. 5's ankle tingled, reminding her of the other Garde, and the ones who died.

@ems @nousernamesleftGUYS WAIT ERMERGERDBtw, when you're writing their names, spell out the number please. π@asi @bunnyshadow We're starting!--Six plunged into a stream with her Chest levitating high above her head, destroying any scent that she had been carrying. No animal or person could find her now. Pushing her drenched self out of the dense shrubbery, Six could see the enormous grassland stretched out ahead of her. A small group of giraffes chomped on leaves in the distance. The wildlife was stunning.Though she wished she could stay and admire the view, Six needed to find shelter. She dropped her Chest from the air above her head and into her arms. A quarter of a mile ahead stood a large clump of trees, their leaves close together. This would make a reasonable temporary hideout. Six dashed towards the trees.

@Cotton; gotcha (:Walking to a very ordinary school on a very ordinary morning. The sun was hiding, as per usual, behind a thick, velvety curtain of cloud, and the wind was his playful self, making the next-door neighbour's sea-shell chimes dance a wild jig, ringing loudly when they collided. A noisy, unharmonious sound which the person strongly disliked, but it was something he could ignore when he was this tired. The sixteen year old yawned, flexed his shoulders and absently ran a hand through his messy blonde bedhair in a half-hearted attempt to keep it out of his eyes. The very next second the wind swept through and rendered the previous motion a waste of energy.Just like the street and everything else, he appeared perfectly normal. When really, Seven was anything but.For instance, he had woken up four hours ago to do training with his Cepan; the real reason he was so tired, though anyone would assume he had just tumbled out of bed like a normal teenager.Despite his early start, however, there was one thing he did share in common with the other kids his age flocking to school. He'd skipped breakfast, not thinking himself hungry, and then becoming too absorbed in his workout.Seven's stomach growled, loudly.

@ems @nousernamesleft @asi @bunnyshadow---Six opened her Chest and pulled out a small knife that she had found on the ground two years ago. Gripping the knife in her right hand, she shoved it into the largest tree and began to use it to climb up.Once Six reached the middle of the tree, she tied herself to a branch using a rope that she had been storing in her Chest. Changing herself could be dangerous; a fall from a tree this tall could be life threatening.Six grabbed the rope with a death grip and leaned against the warm tree trunk. She began to change appearance. As usual, she started with the eyes. From her usual blue-green, they melted into a deep brown, almost black. Next, her hair grew waist-length, textured, and an even darker brown than her eyes. Clenching the tree branch, Six began to focus on the skin. This challenge was immensely hard, but Six had to use it to blend in with the natives of South Africa. Sweating, Six shut her eyes and imagined her fair skin turning to a coffee brown. Her nose flattened slightly and her eyebrows thickened; the same color as her hair. Six strained against the rope with effort and let out a grunt. Her skin felt as if it was on fire. From the darkness outside, Six knew at least a few hours had passed. She blinked slowly and winced. Her skin color was the color she had been going for, but parts of her arms, neck, and face were oozing blood. Skin changing was dangerous. It felt tight and uncomfortable, but Six looked like a different person. A native. No one would discover her for at least a few days.

@asi Eight is like a mix of Lake and Fang. πΈ@cotton@nousernamesleft@ems~~~Eight sat against a abandoned building at the edge of the city of Transylvania. His head drooped into his hands, like a person would hold themselves if their head was hurting, or if they were depressed. He sat up and took his head from his hands. Eight reached up to trace his scar, his hand brushing away his bangs as he did so. He supposed he should be happy he still had both eyes. The Mogadorians could have taken his eye, but luck decided to side with him and give him the scar instead.Eight pulled his hand away. His bangs fell back into place as he stood and headed into the city. He's better get there quickly, before the Mogadorians could catch him alone withought cover.

In order to quieten his stomach, Seven took a detour on the way to school and headed to a small nearby cafe he knew well. He chose it for it's peaceful, off the main road setting, but so had four other guys wearing his same uniform, all gathered outside the shop, around what looked like a scrawny eleven-year old... No, as he got closer, he realized the boy was the same age as him (in fact, probably a little less skinny than Seven, though shorter), his uniform was just covered in garden dirt, and that the other boys were in fact big.Seven had thought this place too small for anything to ever happen here, but apparently bullies were universal, at least, on this planet. The apparent leader of the gang was demanding money from the nerdy-type. This wasn't something Seven wanted to get mixed up in, if he could help it, but he was going to this cafe and he wasn't going to change his mind. They looked up at the sound of his approach. "... You go to our school, don't you," a dumb one said, trying to sound tough but just looking stupid.Seven tried to just slide past, but his way was blocked."Actually, I know you. You're in our class, Scott, Scott something." The fat one said that. I named them all in my head, the dumb, the fat, the ugly, and the leader, which was also leading in all three of the categories."... Scott Pember," I corrected him quietly, not wanting to give the impression I didn't know my own name! That would definitely have been bad. I quite liked this name, actually, because it was the first time my Cepan had let me use one starting with 'S'."Yeah, that's the one," the fat one one laughed. "So how about it? Momma's boy here is in a bit of a spot, you see, and he needs to borrow some cash, like right now? Got some on you?" he gestured towards the scrawny.Seven had never been on the recieving end of bullying before, and while he knew they knew nothing of how strong he was- despite having no legacies yet-, he still found it hard to believe they would dare.Though the 'Momma's boy' had been desperately trying to catch his eye throughout the whole exchange, Seven ignored him and told the bullies cooly; "Not a coin. Tough luck," even though he had been obviously going to the cafe.

@asi@nousernamesleft@ems@bunnyshadowOMG, I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT THIS RP! Can we bring it back to life? xD So sorry!!---Six made sure she was safely secured to her tree, then pulled out a small laptop from her bag and set it in her lap. Next, she grabbed a black wireless Internet hotspot and plugged it into the computer. The computer was the only way she could get an idea of where the others were. Six typed in the URL for a worldwide news station. Scanning the headlines, she discovered that global warming was beginning to take its toll on Antarctica, but none of the Garde were in the news this week. Six sighed and stuffed her things back into her bag. It was timed to get some much needed rest.
