Tomorrow I am going to the dentist for a cavity and a pulp cap. They wanna give me laughing gas and I'm nervous about it D:

Any tips?

Why do they want to give you laughing gas?
Anyways.. It's okay.
One time I got a filling and they only numbed half of my mouth, they're giving it to you for the better. Just sit there and laugh, I'm sure it won't be hard. 😉

Laughing gas isn't a bad thing. People use it for other things too, it's not bad at all. 😊

Just think, once it's done you'll realize there wasn't a massive need to worry. LOL

@dawnfur They wanna give me laughing gas because when they do the pulp cap, the cavity in the tooth is really close to the nerve..

@ocean Don't worry. Laughing gas is actually... kinda funny. xD When I had my wisdom teeth pulled before they knocked me out they had me on some laughing gas and my toes started to tickle along with the rest of me. Its not a really bad tickle like your going to start laughing, it just gets your mind off it. 😊 Don't you worry it will be fine. Just don't stress yourself out. Tonight do any things that help you calm down and tomorrow try to stay calm and collected. ;D

Well it literally is one of those drugs your teachers tell you to stay away from... Except it's safe lol

Trust me, I have 8 teeth pulled and lots of other dental work. You'll be ok. The gas will totally distract you from everything else. You will have almost no idea what's going on and feel like you're in a dream. I love the gas because it relaxes me so much before they do something. Just trust your dentist, the gas and yourself. You''l be ok😊

I had laughing gas when I was in grade four and broke my arm. Apparently, the entire ambulance ride and at the hospital, I spent the time confessing things to my mum that I had done previous. XD

I worried for nothing xD They didn't even give me the laughing gas. I decided not to take it because it was an extra $85 (instead my dad used some money to buy me CC 😊 ). It turns out I was more comfortable without the laughing gas. I say there watching Spongebob Squarepants xD

I didn't even feel the numbing needle in my gum because my dentist was so gentle and I didn't even feel the drill once!

So overall today was a pretty good day and my dad bought me CC after xD

When I got my tooth pulled out, my dad started yelling at me about brushing my teeth so I don't get cavities. I do brush my teeth jeez! XD

Lol xD He said to me instead of wasting $85 on laughing gas, he said if I don't take it and make him spend that money he will get me $25-50 on EC 😸 haha lol xD

I had laughing gas to get my teeth pulled. I can remember playing with the heart machine moniter. When you hold your breath, it makes your heart slow down, and when you breathe really fast, your heart rate goes haywire. The dentist came in and totally freaked out when she saw me turning blue just to try to get my rate up higher. She made me wait another 5 minutes. 😃
