Travel Agency Help

So... I've just spend 20 minutes trying to get The Shipyard Docks. Very common travel. And I still didn't got it. Every time, when I try to get travel this ends up with "this travel is out of stock" or getting me bored from typing for 10-20 minutes.
Since travel agency upgrade I've got only ONE travel. It was common. I just can't get any uncommon travel. But before update I have plenty of them.
Oh. Sorry for this rant, I'm just angry. And I'm sure that my security code isn't invalid. I've tried different sums of EC. From -100 EC till -10k EC.
May be it's a glitch? I don't know... Or any tips on getting travels from travel agency?

@kollais You could always skip haggling and pay the full price if you are having trouble getting travels you want.

Haggling was added for people who wanted to try saving a few EC, but its not something you have to do if you want to buy the travel.

@kollais Just type in the full price and then type in the security code. That way you don't have to keep typing in a new price if your offer gets rejected.

By the way, there is no way to bypass the security code, that got put there as a preemptive measure against bots and scripts.

@kollais Just the number, no spaces, punctuation, or letters. All of those things will make your offer invalid.
