@jennifer maybe on Ark Ponds, Desert Night and Day, and Rainbow Skies.

But Grand Oak is a single tree centered where as S.C.A.F is two off center trees, and G.O. is a deciduous tree where as S.C.A.F. is an evergreen.

And Meteroid Blast is more a comet than a meteoroid (although I still like it all the same). And it doesn't contain moontops (its closer to the galaxy travels than anything else, and even that's a bit of a stretch), because moontops is one of the whirlpool backgrounds, if you know what I mean.

And although Ark Ponds is a bit of a cross between two backgrounds, its enough different that I think it should stay.

Same with Rainbow Skies.

And on the Desert background, one could argue that the Maragel and Northern deserts are both similar.

This is why I think they're enough different that they should stay.
