Is it ok to create trade just to see what people will offer and then close the lot?

I have seen a mo advertised as "free" but nobody in their right mind would trade one for free and if I offer I am sure to get the message "user closed the lot..."

@fluffycat Unless you know for sure that the lot in question isn't free then there isn't anything wrong with it. It could actually be a free Mo. If you are 100% sure, and have proof, that the lot isn't free, then there is a problem.

Actually the lot was free. I was just curious enough to offer a junk a egg. Birthday luck maybe?

Older users can also gift creatures to newbies. Maybe it was meant as a gift.

@fluffycat

If you were talking about my lot yes it was free.

@orderedchaos
If people post "want to see what I can get" under the offer how about that?

@fluffycat Such offers are highly annoying but aren't technically breaking any rules.
