Create click links

When people do feed backs sometimes they say click here. the here is usually a link to the critter. How can I do this? Thank you!

You can find a list of the e codes here: http://eggcave.com/forums/ecode

But remember you can't use any special characters/punctuation marks, only letters/numbers.
