Feeding bug?

Hi.

I am not quite sure if this is a bug or no or where exactly i should post this, but sometimes - some days - i feed creatures (the feed count goes up) then some time later i stumble across the same creatures and it shows that i can feed again. How is that possible?
This happened a few times, only the rest of the time it happened, i was online late for my time zone and i just figured egg cave counted my feed for the day before and so i could feed again.
I am sure that this are the same creatures since i'm feeding for a few contests and our feeds bring points 😋 Am i just lucky or what's up with this?
Oh, and i'm on Google chrome and on the same computer (same ip) all the time.

@ladythegreat Feeds are counted based off of unique IP address. So if you log in from different networks/computers or happen to have a dynamic IP address you can feed the same creature multiple times in one day.

If you are on the same computer then there is a very good chance that you have a dynamic IP address.

Riiight. o.o Okay, how exactly do i test that theory? And i didn't log off the internet today yet, can it change just when it wants? o.o

@ladythegreat If you want to test the theory just type "My IP address" into Google and it will show you your current IP address. So you can check it before you feed and then come back and check it again if you see that you can feed a creature again. If the IP is different then you have a dynamic IP address.

As for how often a dynamic IP changes, it can be anywhere from a few hours to several days, with the average being 8 hours between changes.

Can this pose a problem for my being on egg cave? Can i get banned or anything like that?

@ladythegreat There won't be any problems caused by this. It's no different than someone logging in from different computers during the day. So you don't have to worry about it too much. You just get the opportunity to earn a little extra EC through multiple feedings. So it all works out to be a bit of a good thing. 😊
