Um, so yeah I have been working out and attending track practices for about 2 weeks, and I felt good...out of curiosity...I check my weight, and it said I had gained 5-6 pounds? xD I have no clue how that happened. I eat the same amount of food as I did before the track season...maybe a little more bananas, but yeah. Does anyone have the same thing happening? Am I not doing something?Oh, by the way, I am really not a weight freak, but this just seemed a little weird 😋

Maybe you gained by getting larger muscles. I know, that is the worst guess ever.
rojoqueen • 13 March 2013 at 6:32 PM
@ice2505 Sometimes I gain weight and then lose it quickly, Its natural to gain weight. I don't know how much track exercises XD. I tend to gain more weight in the winter then lose almost 10 pounds during the summer when I am more active XD. I am kind of a weight freak. XD (because I don't want to be FAT XD) Its okay to have some weight, but not healthy to have a ton. It sounds like your just growing up XD I weigh 112lbs, but I will probably shrink down to 108 lbs again XD(as I get more active I lose weight fast!)

@ice2505 That happened to me once too. xD I gained 5 pounds, randomly. O.O For some reason, after a few days, I lost the 5pounds.

@Ice2505I'm 100-and-some pounds (should I check? LOL.) I do that thing to, like Rojo. Winter= gain more weighr, summer=lose it. LOL.But, I think Mei's right. LOL. I just poof into random topics. Sorry if it wasn't any help. x3 Like me. I'm no help, unless it is space. >x3

@ice2505 Actually, @meixiaotian is right. When you run and work out, you're working your muscles. Thus your weight will go up. But don't worry, it's not fat weight, it's muscle weight.
rojoqueen • 13 March 2013 at 6:43 PM
@redstar-fireclan Yep I lose lots of weight in the summer, so some people think that my parents don't feed me XD@ice2505 Yep, nothing wrong with muscles.(especially on a farm XD), Muscles weigh a bit more I guess.
ice2505 • 13 March 2013 at 6:43 PM
@skylight hm, sounds a little like Rojoqueen 😋@redstar-fireclan no, it's fine! The question was a little random anyway xD the winter summer thing seems like it, but I am gaining weigh in the spring, must be something similar. xD

@ice2505 How old are you? Some girls have weight spurts, It's natural. You might of kinda grew taller and got some weight. I don't know much about it, cause no matter what I do, I never gain weight :l
whitefall • 13 March 2013 at 9:44 PM
@ice2505 Getting more muscles.Water weight. And also, you might think you are eating normally...But you may be eating more when you are hungry after a workout or tired xD
ice2505 • 14 March 2013 at 7:17 PM

No wonder Iam hungry like....all the time. 😃 thanks!
starperson101 • 14 March 2013 at 7:50 PM
You could be gaining more muscle? It takes less muscle to make a pound of muscle than a pound of fat.

@ice2505If your a teenager, then you'll work it off if your really athletic, I always do, no worries. 😊

@ice2505Your weight fluctuates 1 to 5 pounds a day. Your weight probably hasn't changed much because it usually takes about a month to gain significant muscle volume. Once you begin to practice more, you'll notice a change. If your thin like me, it's likely you'll see a gain of weight, but not fat. Your body just gains muscle and looks nice and toned. If you're larger, then you should begin to lose weight little by little, and eventually gaining muscle.
