I attempted some eggs from the cave this morning, and whenever I try to keep one, it says I was too late to get it but when I check my cove, the egg was there

I don't know why this happened

Sometimes when you click the "steal" button, you click it more than once. So it will tell you you're too late, but still show up in your cove.
