Sighing, Reid looked up to examine the clouds again. The storm was right above them and the first flashes of thunder illuminated the distance. Seeing as there was no other choice but the bar, he guessed the best they could do was hurry and hope they wouldn't get caught in the middle of the rain.
He turned to his four companions (one of which he had no faith in).
"Run. Everybody." he ordered shortly, breaking into a sprint towards the alley on his left, motioning for everyone to follow. He tried his best to hide exactly how much panic he felt.

Trish charged towards the direction which Reid was running, not bothering to question his sense of direction. Suddenly, not gradually, a downpour occurred, drenching them all. Lightning clashed the, making a huge flash in the sky. "Well, I guess we don't have much of a choice." She shouted over the noise.

Logan, however, just turned away from the group like this was what he had been wanting to do the whole time, which he hadn't. He then slowly walked off towards the cafe, without a single word. For some reason though, he felt like somebody, or something was watching his from afar.

Background: Kat was raised in a a quiet family. SHe always told herself she was an only child because she had an older brother once, he was a Dreamwalker, but he was destroyed by a Nightmare. WHen her parents learned that she was also a Dreamwalker they became scared and became extremely overprotective of her, making it hard for her to leave the house without one of them coming along to make sure she was okay. This resulted into sneaking out a lot just to get any alone time.
Personality: She is fun-loving and very kind to everyone. She is typically a quiet person but at times she will joke around like any other teen her age. She can be bit ditsy at times, though if you can get her to focus she can be good help. She also grows distracted easily, even the smallest things catching her attention. She also notices a lot of things that others don't, and she is surprisingly athletic.
Appearance: She has short, curly brown light brown hair, with dark brown hair on the tips. She is tan and looks like she spends a lot of time outside. With a rather strong appearance, thanks to the fact that she plays sports. She, however, doesn't look intimidating at all. She isn't very tall or very short, standing at about 5'5" at most. She has dark bluish-gray eyes and she usually wears skinny jeans, a dark blue t-shirt, and a black jacket with very big pockets.
Ability: She has the power to control certain metals, mainly steal and iron. She also has to find medal, as she can't summon it. She also has to completely focus herself on that one task, which is hard for her.

Slowing down so as to let the others catch up, Reid turned to the two remaining girls, not seeing Logan anywhere. All the better, he mused - at least he wouldn't have to see his anoying face anymore.
Now, this was the first time he bothered thinking back on his actions... Now, needless to say, he had a rebellious character, a bad boy personality and the tendency to lock people out easily. His parents had had troubles with his anarchism, his refusal to follow simple laws.
He was a bitter person by nature, he was truly.
And all of a sudden, he was expressing all these acts of kindness to a bunch of... complete strangers. And for what? For being the same species as him? For being young and innocent?
Like Damion had been.
Then there were Krystal and Levi, both about the age of his brother...

Kat had received the letter late, due to the fact she had woken up late, as usual. She now ran through the rain, her hood over her head a she ran. Her feet were hitting the ground as she ran to the cafe. Her house was, thankfully, rather close to the cafe so she didn't have to far to run. She finally spotted a group, with maybe four people in all and she raced over, hoping it was the group she was supposed to be meeting. She ran in front of them and came to a stop, a couple feet in front of them. Her breath was ragged as she fought to say something. She finally said, "Are you the ones I'm here to meet? I got a letter..." She said, managing to get her breath back. She pulled her hood closer over her head and her hand then reached into her pocket, her hand clasping the letter itself as she looked at the group.

He was focused on turning in the right directions and aiming for the right streets through the hazy storm, rain and the falling fog, when another new face (another girl, he realized) showed up suddenly, stopping in front of them.
And then randomly stood in the rain, like nothing was happening. He couldn't get a good look of her but caught a glimpse of brown curls while he whizzed past her, sweeping her arm and tugging her along.
"Yes, we're all DreamWalkers! Now just run with us." he yelled over the whistling wind and the rain drumming on each surface around them.

Kat realized that the group consisted of three girls and one boy. She had opened her mouth to ask another question when she was being practically dragged behind the boy. If the boy hadn't said that they were Dreamwalkers she would have freaked out and tried to run away. Instead she managed to get her footing so that she was now running behind the boy. She realized that everyone would want to get out of the rain so she ran with them. She had one hand clutched over her head, keeping her hood from falling off her head. She couldn't help but wonder to herself, How can I be sure that they are Dreamwalkers? I just hope I can trust them.

The weather outside was freezing, and something small and hard hit her head. "Ow" Trish thought aloud. Hail? Trish could hardly see, because of the horrible weather, and darkness, despite her being able to see as clear as a cat in the dark. "YES!" Trish shouted. "Were all Dreamwalkers." The noise was so loud, she couldn't even here herself, so she doubted others could.

She could see a glowing light in the distance. "I think it's over there!" She called out, pointing to the light. Trish was pushed back because she was going the opposite force of the wind. The ground was also slippery as well, making traveling almost impossible

"Well," She said to Reid "Looks like your useless in this situation, so a nightmare better not attack us." She said jokingly. Suddenly she realized that the statement she made could be taken the wrong way. It seemed as if Trish was depending on Reid, which wasn't true, and couldn't be able to take on any nightmares without him, which also wasn't true. Trish decided refrained from talking the entire time till they reached their destination.

Reid was still keen on running more than anything. It was slightly embarassing to admit it, but Trish had been fully right about the lack of his pwoers in such a wheather. Not only that, the boy himself passionatelly hated getting showered with cold water so getting soaked AND getting nagged about it did a good job at making his mood waver. He furrowed his eyebrows, pointing his sulking gaze downwards and refused to say a word back until they had reached the small building tucked behind a side alley.
Stopping in front, he pried the double doors open regardless if they had all reached the bar or not. He shivered as the warm air from the cramped bar brushed against his freezing skin. This kind of temperature was extemely low for a fire wielder.

The group finally arrived at their destination, soaked. Trish shivered. Once she got inside, she collapsed to the ground, hugging her arms, exhausted, trying to conserve heat. The bar was cramped and filthy, not the type of place she desired to be, but it's not like she could go anywhere else.

She shivered, and after a few minutes, she had gotten enough strength to get up. Her clothes were soaking wet, and so was her hair, which was no longer neatly in a braid behind her back.

Her bright green shirt and jeans absorbed water and did not help in the matter of drying off. Trish really needed a change of clothes. She sighed, and brushed back her tangled wet hair with her hands, ringed it out, and neatly braided it out behind her back.

Kat was breathing hard, though not as heavily as before, and she slowly pulled her arm away from the boy. She then instantly took her hood off her head. She was rather wet and she was freezing just to make it worse. Kat moved her hand up and down her arms to warm them off. She then looked at everyone else, glad to finally be able to get a good look at them. She saw a boy that was a whole lot taller than she was and three girls, she was pretty sure she was pretty sure she was older than them but she wasn't completely sure. She gazed from person to person curiously, almost as if she were analyzing each and everyone of them. She seemed curious about every single one of them.

Despite his grumpy attitude and sulking expression, the redhead was greeted ever so warmly.
"Reider!" a pair of twins raised their cups for him in sync, greeting in the same fashion.
"Jimmie mah boy! Or was yer name Reid!" a chubby chef emerged from the back of the tiny counter, carrying a whole plate of freshly cooked tuna, serving it around, seemingly for free.
"Why look who the cat dragged in." a tall and slender blonde man chuckled from nearby, rising from his seat and walking ovr to the boy. "And who might these be?" he questioned in a polite manner, crossing hs arms behind his back.
Reid rolled his eyes, furrowing both eyebrows in annoyance.
"They're Dreamwalker, now lay off." he grumbled at the visibly older man. As the redhead turned to help Trish off the floor and check the team for any missing members, the chef had trottld over with a jolly laugh. "Any Dreamer's welcome in meh pub!" the chubby irish man greeted them warmly, helping Trish up and pulling all four of the girls into a heartfelt hug.
"Boris! You'll suffocate them. Calm down now" Reid smirked from nearby, his happy stance returning.
"Oh I'm sorry meh lassies. Welcome to the Silver Beard Pub!"

Kat was surprised by how many people knew the boy that had dragged her to the bar. She was busy looking around at the bar quietly that she was very surprised when she was pulled into what seemed to be a big ole' bear hug from the chef. When she was released she shook her head, still seeming surprised at the man's kindness. She then said, "Well, um, thank you, sir. I'm glad that we are welcome here." She said, reaching her hand to her hair and trying her hardest to get some of the wetness out of her curly brown hair.

Trish saw many people in the bar greet Reid casually. /What is this? Reid is to young to drink, yet he has friends here?/ Reid turns around and looks at her, and then some random person pulls Trish off the grounds and hugs her. /Ugh/ She thought, pushing away. He greets them and welcomes her to "The Pub"

The bar was discussing. It was filled with horrible smells, and everyone there smelled the same. Trish walked to the corner, breathing through her mouth.

"Ooh dear golly you lot are soaking wet." the chubby man exclaimed lightly, genuinely worried. "And Reid, boy, ye look like a wet cat, eh?" Boris's barking laughter echoed in the pub, making a few snicker as well. The boy was already heading towards the stair leading to upstairs where most of the rooms were located.
"I think you can let me show them around... And give them some clean clothes." the redhead offered, currently watching Trish walk around with a scrunched face. "Tri! Over here, come on!" he urged her over.

Levi shivered in the bar, her hair dripping onto the floor. Goosebumps completely covered her exposed arms, and her long hair made her look quite like a wet dog, yet she didn't want to ring it out for fear of ruining the floors. The pub smelled of alcohal, but the chef seemed nice enough, pulling her and the other girls into a bear hug. Levi laughed quietly. "Thanks." She said as he welcomed them.

Kat gave the man and Reid a half-hearted smile, "That does sound pretty good, we're all sort of dripping." She said, smiling as she looked at the other girls and then at Reid. She obviously liked the fact that the place was crowded and not empty. That would have made things so much awkwarder. She was also glad that Reid knew almost everyone in the bar, it made things easier.

Ushering them over, Reid motioned to the stairs pointing up.
"There are separate rooms upstairs. A little bit more smoke-free and clean. And I'll equipp you with towels and clothes. Just pick a room and get comfortable." he suggested, leaving them to fend for their own upstairs. Nobody was sleeping this time of day and walkers rarely stopped by to get a bed. Except Reid himself, who pracctically lived there. Then again, a cramped room was better than nothing.
"I'll go round with some supplies and food. You can always come down for dinner though. It's more fun, if anything." he smirked lightly, glancing back at the drinking men.

Kat nodded slowly, though she didn't seem very convinced. My parents would kill me if I decided to stay at a BAR with a bunch of others, while there are guys drinking downstairs! She thought to herself and then looked at Reid hesitantly, "Umm, okay... I guess." She said a slowly climbed up the stairs, like she still wasn't very sure, which she wasn't. She just hoped her parents wouldn't find out where she was, or send the police looking for her if they couldn't find her. She truly wouldn't put it passed them to do so.

Kat climbed the stairs quietly and picked one room at random. She sighed and sat down on the bed inside the room, taking off her jacket and wringing it out, it was her favorite jacket but she couldn't wear it if it was sopping wet. She then looked around the room, inspecting it closely.

Levi dashed up the stairs, eager for something dry to put on, not even thinking about how worried her folks would be with the storm and all. Rushing past Reid, Levi picked the first room she saw, figuring they'd all be the same anyways. She dripped all the way to the bathroom where she found a towel.

He could already guess the girls were worried about getting home to ther equally worried parents. It was a natural defense mechanism for every teen lost in the middle of a storm. And needless to say, he couldn't do much to make them feel better about it either.
To think that once he himself had felt worried about following rules and strict laws... he lightly chuckled at the thought while picking up some spare clothes. He could already guess they were going to be a few sizes bigger than each of them, but it was the best the pub could offer.
Rounding up the stairs, he prompty became aware that he didn't know where each of them was staying.
He put a towel over his damp shoulder and another one oer his head, both making him look like a nun.
So one by one, he became opening doors. After a while, he located Levi that sat sulking with her jacket.
Without a word, he simply dropped them over and exited curtly.
He located Kat's room shortly as well, dropping off the stack of clothing with a smile.
The procedure was similar with Trish and Krystal (I'll just pretend Krystal was there the entire time o3o).

Levi watched Reid as he left, but said nothing, feeling a bit weird. /It's just being in an odd place, that's all./ She told herself. But something didn't feel quite right to her. Levi knew that storms didn't suddenly pop up like that with almost no warning. She sighed. "This DreamWalker stuff is getting more complicated." She murmured to herslef, going into the bathroom to dry off and change.
