Implicit is the bothersome thing to lose actually =P Implicit is personality. While motor control and reflexes can be restored in the matter of half a month or so .-. At least that's what it says in the Medicine book ^^" I stole a psychology book from my mom and dad's library xD So nau I canz act all smert! o3o

It is yeah... but then again, Aizel is going to be much more hostile in this RP 😋 And more of a nihilist xD Because she doesn't remember anything and doesn't know how to react and since (I mentioned) most vivid emotion is anger, she's either hostile or doesn't pay attention to you 😋

Ooooh! Here's a thought! What if one had a superpower like pyrokinesis or something that hurt them every time they used it and the other had a healing ability!

That would make one of them more vulnerable to attack (the healing one) and the other would have a limited use of their power (the one with whatever ability that hurts them). But if you had the two together, they make up for the other's weakness, which I'm sure the scientists would take into account anyhow...

And then if they're separated, their powers become ineffective.

Or is that too complicated?

They can have telekisis, but I'd give one telekinesis, the power to move objects and the other mind reading. ^^

Here's a thought. One could have a power where they can draw in energy from around them, but can't use the energy, and the other can create energy blasts, but doesn't have enough energy to power it.

The one can use the other's energy to power the blasts. So they still need each other and can't fight separately.

They're not unbeatable. They'd have the same power level as the others, they'd just be co-dependent. And they can't move things with their mind. They can just talk to each other telepathically (and even that would have a limited range).

@asi Explicit memory is the conscious recollection of memories. In general, speaking in our mother language is not a memory now, we do not need to remember it, we just talk, it's an instinct like our memory. But a bike, unless we're experts at riding it, we can't really remember how to manouver. You get it? ^^

Implicit memory is an unconscious unintentional form of memory. Like talking in your sleep - you don't talk in german or spanish that you've begun learning a week ago! xD you talk in your mother language. 😋

Mind control is really hard and difficult to roleplay. Unless one was @asi, users usually don't type what their character would be thinking. You'd have to have a million PMs to do it properly. So I'm not as keen on that one.
Charmspeak is also really hard. Users usually don't like giving up control of their characters. ^^'

They're not any more powerful for there being two of them. It just takes two people to use the ability. Because they both need the other to use their power, I wanted to give them a way to mentally communicate with the other. They can't mind-speak to anyone else.

Lol. That'd be way too Sue for my taste if they were ultra-powerful. I wanted it to be an inconvenience more than anything. 😸

Name: Fang Slyth
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Ability: Fang will become a shimmering form that will soon turn into what looks like a heat haze. In this form, he can move through objects and people. If he moves through a living thing, they would feel a little cold, and may have the shivers or goosebumps. When Fang concentrates hard enough, he can turn other objects into this form, too. In addition, in this form, he can not be hurt. If you were to try to stab or shoot him, it'll go through him. But he can't turn into this form immediately. He'll have to channel his energies for at least 20 seconds.
Alliance: He'll work for anyone that offers pay. He will do certain tasks for any amount of money. Fang assists both sides.
Appearance: Fang has red hair so dark it looks almost black. His eyes are the color of blood. He's pale, and a little taller than people his age. All his canine teeth are pointed like fangs. Fang prefers wearing dark clothing, and has almost never been seen wearing bright colors.
Personality: He's clever and uses his power to spy and assassinate. Fang does not see others around him as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, he only has victims and accomplices who end up as victims. He will let nothing and no one stand in his way once he has a set task. When he shows what seems to be warmth, joy, love or compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. He lacks remorse.
History: Whenever he tries to remember his history, all he comes up with is a tiny spark of warmth in his heart. The warmth lasts for only a bit before being overcome by his normal vile feelings.
Other: Fang has a secret fondness to cats or kittens. He is often sought after to do tasks that others wouldn't want to dirty their own hands doing. Fang never lets other knows why he's so good at assassinating and spying.

He's on Loki's side because he thinks the rebels are evil. Aykay was the same way before (as evidenced in my last post) but she realized what Loki was up to.
