Site suggestion: EC Converter

Hi all ^ _ ^

Backstory to this idea: was talking with a friend (@immortalraven) in order to get a Ott, but have limited CC so I asked how much it would be in EC and she said 2,500,000 (=250 CC)

Sooo that got me to thinking. A lot of people simply cant afford or dont have the means to afford Cave Cash, so what if for every 100,000 Egg Cash (Im assuming thats what EC stands for) you have the option to trade for 1 Cavecash?

That way its fair to those that pay for their cash in that its equal value, and also not easy to get a hold of, but do-able for hardworking, savvy egg-holders than would like some cash.

But then the site would not get profit from users buying CC.
No one would want to pay real money for something they could get by feeding for several days.

I'd rather have that the site would continue running 😋

@cosmicbrambleclaw I one up that idea. @whitefall If the conversion rate was set significantly higher than the going rate of ec to cc (currently it is at about 10,000) then people would still buy cc because (100,000 ec still takes a bit of time..)

This suggestion has been posted many times before.

It's always the same argument.
People will feed in order to get what they want. ^^;
If the price is too low, EC won't get any profit.
If its too high, there would be no point to the feature.

In my opinion, this should not be implemented. 😸
Attaining CC creatures is still possible without having to by CC~

250 for just 2.5 mil is way too much. I'd say 25 at most, if there ever were to be a feature like this.

And like another site I play, it can be used only monthly, to get a certain max of CC (say 50 CC).

Generally, I don't see any harm in it though.😊

@whitefall the thought did actually cross my mind, but there would still be those people that have to "have it now" and would just take the easier route and buy it.

@metaphor that sounds like a good idea too ^^ (although it depends if you're willing to save up the whole month)

@whitefall metaphor's idea seems like a decent add in. its reasonable and then people cant do it all the time
