@sharkout xP Well, Storm is walking over to apologize. Just gimmie this post real quick.@blueclaw@graceseggs@zoom150@takatheeducatedkid--Storm, still frowning, finally saw Esytha talking with Lydia. Oh, she'd make a fool of herself..."Hey, uh... Sorry guys. Did you see where David went? I, uh got a... A few apologies to make." She mumbled, staring at her feet.
blueclaw • 20 April 2013 at 11:36 PM
@sharkoutYeah. That would be great.
takaedakumi • 21 April 2013 at 8:51 AM
@sharkout@blueclaw@graceseggs@zoom150@ems---X8.8 wasn't quite sure what to do. This David guy knew a lot more about this place than he did, but it seemed that the team here wasn't exactly closely knit.Wolf looked back and forth as the yelling went on, whimpering a bit as people stormed off murmuring to themselves.Proposing to join seemed like a bad idea, so X8.8 decided he would probably just follow them if they left and not say anything. They didn't exactly notice him either way, so it most likely wouldn't be a problem. He patted Wolf on the head and waited for the group to head out.
sharkout • 21 April 2013 at 9:50 AM
@takatheeducatedkid @blueclaw @emsDavid finally found Esytha and Lydia. Storm was there too. "Ok guys. Which direction should we go? I mean, to find the portal? Just chose a random direction, anyone." David had tried experimenting with the crystal, but it seemed like it was useless. He promised himself to find out what it did, but that was for later. "Anyone? We just need a direction to start."
blueclaw • 21 April 2013 at 12:51 PM
@sharkout"Ooh! I have an idea. Let's use my map!" Esytha said hopefully. She tossed her map to david, hoping it would help.
sharkout • 21 April 2013 at 10:12 PM
@blueclaw David caught the map. "Smart thinking, bringing a map. So, I have a few choices for you guys. Do you want to go through a desert, a jungle, a forest, or snowy mountains? I don't think the snowy mountains would be a good choice, I never liked snow biomes. A jungle might be hard to build shelter in... What do you guys think?"
blueclaw • 21 April 2013 at 10:17 PM
@sharkout"I've never been a fan of deserts. Though, there is a chance there could be desert temples and villages. But there are no trees. Jungles are ok, they have ocelots and jungle temples. The vines are good for climbing on to get a good view, too. Then there's the forest, full of trees. But you'll have to chop down a lot of trees just to make space for a shelter. And the snowy mountains has wolves, very little trees, and hard to build on terrain. I'd say the jungle might be our best choice." She said, thinking very hard.
graceseggs • 21 April 2013 at 10:25 PM
Lydia stepped closer to look at the map. "Forests aren't too bad. There isn't as much foliage to cut through compared to a jungle. Although, if you climbed a big tree in a jungle, you could get a really good view of everything else," she quietly said. "I think we should skip the desert and the snowy mountains. Deserts have very little water and spawn lots of monsters. Snow biomes are just plain dangerous. You could freeze to death. It's also really hard to see when it's snowing."@sharkout@blueclaw
sharkout • 21 April 2013 at 10:31 PM
@graceseggs @blueclawDavid thought a minute. "Hmmm... Well, forests do take a while to make room, but jungles are much worse in that sense. There are way bigger trees, and leaves are everywhere. But... Jungles have ocelots, which scare away creepers. Plus, forests have pigs and cows. Those are great to eat. Jungles only have chickens. I don't know about you, but I don't want to have chicken for dinner for the next few months."
blueclaw • 22 April 2013 at 4:52 PM
@sharkout@graceseggs"Well, how far are the forest and the jungle? If they are close to each other, we can cross between them every now and then." Esytha suggested with a smile. "That way, we can have plenty to eat, temples, and KITTIES!!!!"
takaedakumi • 22 April 2013 at 5:01 PM
@blueclaw Ohh, that's right, the computer version has kitties. *is jealous*@sharkout@graceseggs@ems ---X8.8 sighed, this group was taking an awful long time to decide anything. He turned around to look over the area as he waited for the others to figure out where they were going so he could follow them. He thought he saw a cow in the distance, but he figured it would be best to stay with this group or they might leave without him.
blueclaw • 22 April 2013 at 5:02 PM
@takatheeducatedkidI don't have computer version, I just know about it. :/
sharkout • 22 April 2013 at 7:39 PM
@blueclaw @takatheeducatedkid@emsYou guys should get the computer version! It is AWESOME!!! đ ~~~~David checked the map. "Yes, the forest and the jungle are next to each other, but there's a river in-between. A river won't stop us, am I right? I say we go into the direction of the forest and if we see an ocelot or we need to look at where we are from high up, we'll go into the jungle for a bit." David walked in the direction of the forest. Hey! A cow. His first meal of the day. David's belly groaned. "Uh-Oh. Better get that cow fast." He said quietly, as he sprinted in that general direction.
takaedakumi • 22 April 2013 at 7:49 PM
@sharkout---X8.8 saw David sprint in the direction of the cow he thought he'd seen. Deciding he should help, he ran behind David to assist him in taking the beast down before it could run away. Though he wasn't officially part of this group, nor did he need food to sustain himself, he figured he may as well aid these people in whatever way possible. Their mission was basically the same, they all wanted to leave.
blueclaw • 23 April 2013 at 5:51 PM
@sharkout"Perfect! As long as the river isn't so wide, we can do it." She said. She saw David running off. "Hey where are you- Ohhhh..." She said, watching him run to a cow. She had wasted practically all her porkchops."WAIT FOR ME!!!" She yelled while pulling out her sword.
sharkout • 23 April 2013 at 8:33 PM
@blueclaw @takatheeducatedkid @ems "Oh no you don't!" David stopped running and whipped out his bow. Three hits and the animal was dead, and cooked too. He still had fire aspect. David ran towards the steak, hoping that he could get to it first. If fact, he was so hungry and focused on getting the cow that he didn't notice the holeright in front of him. He ran, or rather, fell right into that one. The pit was rather large, so he was sure there would be loads of mobs down there. He couldn't get up, he didn't have a pick with him. "Throw a pick down here!" He yelled to the players above. He satisfied his hunger by finishing the last of his pork chops. He would need that cow soon.
ems • 23 April 2013 at 8:38 PM
@takatheeducatedkid@blueclaw@sharkout--Storm stepped over to the hole. Throw a pick? Okay. Smirking to herself, Storm tossed her iron pick--newly crafted--down to David, along with 5 torches and a couple porks. From that fall, he'd surely need some food. Besides, Storm had enough. "You're welcome!" She called, eating some pork herself.
sharkout • 23 April 2013 at 8:52 PM
@ems âšī¸ David would never take that from Storm. xD He is going to come up and punch her in the face. xD@takatheeducatedkid @blueclaw David took the torches and the food, and made sure to equip the pick. Then he tuned around, smirked at Storm, and went into the cave. "Diamonds, diamonds, I only have 20... Diamonds, Diamonds, I want you to be free..." He sang a little diamond mining song. He was looking for diamonds (obviously) and was hoping for success. He might also find something really interesting down here. He just kept repeating to himself, "There are new generated structures... there are new generated structures..."
ems • 23 April 2013 at 9:01 PM
@sharkout Why the sad face? đ And Storm's going to punch him for taking her pick and looking for diamonds instead of doming back up.@takatheeducatedkid@blueclaw--"Hey!" Storm seethed as she realized why David was singing. "FYI, this isn't a little mining trip where you steal picks. This is serious business." She looked at the group behind her. "You know, I'm stupid. So I'm going to do something stupid." She smiled charismatically, before leaping down the hole after David. She didn't hate the guy, but he had a lot of nerve. She didn't even want to hate him, but he told herwhat to do, acted better than her, and decided to go on a personal mining mission when there was a serious task at hand."You'd best have a good reason for abandoning the group to go mining." She huffed to herself under her breath as she trailed after David. Five torches wouldn't get him very far.
blueclaw • 23 April 2013 at 9:10 PM
@sharkout@emsEsytha avoided the hole and hit the cow with her sword. She got leather, Exp, and some uncooked steak. She turned around and saw Storm dive into the hole she ran around. "I'M COMING!!!!" She said, jumping into the hole. She had a little less damage than the others do to her feather falling 1 enchantment. Still damaged though, she ate the raw steak carelessly. "Ooh! Are we mining?" She said. Looking around, she placed a torch and got out her pickaxe.
sharkout • 23 April 2013 at 9:13 PM
@ems đ I posted about what he was really looking for, didn't I? xD I know Storm doesn't know that but you might. xP sorry if you think this is godmoding.David watched her come down after him. "First one to find diamond wins!" He called out to her. He wasn't going to tell her what he was really looking for. Only he knew how to get it. This was going to make him look like an idiot and a jerk...but...David found a pit of lava, turned around, went behind Storm, took the Crystal, and, with it equipped, he punched her into the lava. She burned for a few seconds, clearly causing damage, but then something weird happened. David smiled. She began to glow like the crystal- dimly at first, but then she began to shine brighter and brighter, until light filled up the entire cave. It hurt his eyes just to look at her. And then he noticed what he had been hoping for. A beam of light shot out from her, pointing in one clear direction.
ems • 23 April 2013 at 9:41 PM
@blueclaw Ems? đ@sharkout I thought they weren't supposed to know anything about finding the portal and such. Would've made more sense if someone fell in, but whatevs.--Storm shouted, trying to hit Dacid with her sword as she was punched into the lava. "What was that--" She began, before she began to glow as she stopped burning. "Wha...?" She couldn't see properly anymore, blinded by the light.
blueclaw • 23 April 2013 at 10:11 PM
@ems Thanks for catching my mistakes, it's all good now.@sharkoutEsytha followed the others with a smile. She was right behind David. She moved out of the way though, to look for her favorite ore: Lapis. She heard a scream and saw Storm. "STORM!!!!" She yelled out. Storm then started shining brighter than the sun, and when it was over, she looked back. Thank goodness Storm was still there.
ems • 23 April 2013 at 10:13 PM
@blueclaw Uh, Storm didn't disappear. I'll let @sharkout's godmod go, since it was part of the plot, but your post "But when she looked back, she was gone." Is a big fat godmod. XD And np. đ
sharkout • 23 April 2013 at 10:44 PM
@ems đ In the intro they said that there was a portal xD Read it again and you'll see it. đ I am going to explain it all this post.@blueclaw David smiled. His vision had yielded the truth. *Days Before... *David was walking around the hills at night, trying to find a pack of mobs that would be a challenge. Suddenly he fell to the ground, in a trance. He heard hissing behind him, but for some reason he knew he would be safe. An explosion came behind him, and all was white. He couldn't see anything except lava beneath him and his glowing body. Then, the scene was changed to a temple, underground. One that you couldn't see the roof of, and went out in all directions as far as you could see. There was a chest, sitting alone, at the center of the room. Then he was smacked back to reality and woke up in his bed.*Now*David smiled at Storm, or at least in her general direction. And it was a sincere smile, he was actually being nice to her. Then he walked, following the light, leaving a trail of cobble behind him. He reached a part where it went into one of the cave walls, and he stopped there. He looked back at storm, nodded, and began digging.
takaedakumi • 24 April 2013 at 12:15 PM
@sharkout@ems@blueclaw@graceseggs ---X8.8 saw a bright light come from the hole everyone had just jumped into. He knew it might be dangerous, so he had Wolf sit at the entrance as he leapt inside to see what was going on. The light practically blinded him. "What's going on in here?" he asked as he slowly approached the group, shielding his eyes.
blueclaw • 24 April 2013 at 5:18 PM
@ems Edited...@sharkout@takatheeducatedkidEsytha stayed behind to let the others catch up, as usual. She saw something blue in the light of the lava. She made a bridge of dirt over to it, smiling. She put her pickaxe through that beautiful ore, and got lapis. She held it up, grinning wildly. "YES!!!!!!!!!"
ems • 24 April 2013 at 7:19 PM
@sharkout Oh. đ@blueclaw Thanks. ^-^"@takatheeducatedkid@graceseggs--Storm clambered out of the lava, shaking. "I really don't know..." She muttered in answer to X8.8's question. "Why don't you ask David? He seems to be the least clueless." Storm sat for a moment on her hands and knees, staring at the stone below her feet, before dragging herself up and looking over at Esytha. Lapis? You couldn't do much with lapis...
blueclaw • 24 April 2013 at 8:58 PM
@ems@sharkout"It is my absolute favorite color.... and my favorite stone!" She said, gazing into the shiny lapis's surface. She mined the rest of the lapis, which there were 3 more blocks, for a combo of 4 lapis.
sharkout • 24 April 2013 at 9:07 PM
@ems xPDavid noticed nothing of his companions until he was 50 blocks into the wall. Something wasn't right. He could sense...danger...and close too. He stopped the endless digging and came back to his friends. "Ah, it's you again," He said to X8.8. "What brings you here?" David swung his-Storm's-pick around. "Also, who wants another big bad battle? Come one, come all, a battle is coming up soon. Storm, you got enough artillery? You'll need them. Do you have a spare loaf (bread) anywhere? I could use it..." David looked sort of pleadingly at Storm. He didn't really need food now, but he wasn't going to show Storm. "She thinks I act too superior? Well, this had better shut her up about that. I'm asking her for something. And I am actually trying to look like I'm pleading." He thought to himself.
