Luckuar not hatching?

Hi, As some of have seen ALL of u helped my Luckuar reach 311 feeds to hatch it says in the archives that luckuars hatch at 311 feeds, so why is my luckuar not hatching! PLEASE HELP

All pets hatch on 3am ECT (I think) if they reached their hatching/evolving requirement 😊
