Can't abandon creatures

The adoption center won't let be adandon a creature. When I try it to it says 'There was an error processing your request. Please try again.' I do have enough EC out to adandon. This has been happening for two days now.

@cricket Clear your cache and then try to abandon something. If that doesn't work, let me know.
