Help? Travel Agency

Hi, I have some problems with buying a travel at the travel agency. I typed in a reasonable price for the travel and put the correct security code, but after that it says that I have put in an invalid code. Its starting to become annoying. Am I really doing the code wrong or is it something else? I need help! 😋
