I'm scared that if I flush the toilet with the lid up (especially in a public bathroom), a tentacle will come up and pull me down the drain O___OCan thank a bad dream for that one!
fakeworld • 27 July 2013 at 11:53 PM
@rachel215 Omg, that's weird lol.
bubblez • 28 July 2013 at 7:19 PM
The only thing I'm afraid of is roaches. I once had them crawling on me and ever since then I've been terribly afraid. I've actually refused to go in to my old apartment once before b/c there was a giant cockroach on the wall. I've also refused to go in to class or the same reason.

@bubblez I'm like deathly afraid of clowns and any gross disease carrrying animals/ insects. One time there was this clown giving out balloons to people and telling them about a jumpy castle and a barbecue 30 seconds walk away. He came to give me a balloon and I hid behind this rock and stayed silent, my heart was just pounding xD.

I have an oddly specific one.. I'm terrified of long squiggly things where I can't see the eyes, so like earth worms, leeches, and eels. And anything with more than 8 legs really.. Spiders I can deal with but centipedes, and millipedes are just awful....
fakeworld • 30 July 2013 at 2:12 PM
@bluewolf Lotion? That's the first time I've seen someone mention lotion as fear, so what do you use to keep your skin moist? If you mind me asking lol.
okami • 30 July 2013 at 4:11 PM
@fakeworldYeah... really weird fear, I know. xD Don't know why I have that fear, the feeling just creeps me out though.I honestly don't use anything to keep my skin moist. xD It's not dry or anything, actually better than most people who use lotion, so I wouldn't need it anyways.I'm the same way with sunscreen too...won't use it unless it's in the form of a spray. x)
fakeworld • 30 July 2013 at 5:20 PM
@bluewolf Yeah, is this just with lotion and sunscreen, or anything that has the similar feeling?
okami • 30 July 2013 at 5:32 PM
@fakeworldHaha, this is really fascinating to you, huh? I haven't really tried anything else with a similar feeling that I can think of, I'd guess it'd be the same though. xD
fakeworld • 30 July 2013 at 11:03 PM
@bluewolf Lol yeah, it is fascinating!
fakeworld • 30 July 2013 at 11:10 PM
@bluewolf The weirdest things fascinates me lol, but I am a creep I guess, have you seen anyone that can give you any information on why you don't like the feeling of lotion?

Spiders mostly. They're just...ew. *shivers*I'm also scared of deep water like dark lakes and the sea. You never know what lurks inside.
cryingclown • 8 August 2013 at 11:13 AM

I overcame the fears of carnivorous animals when full grown, and those wacky upside down amusement park rides.I feel proud. But I should be."Pride hath a fall"

Let's see..I am not fond of spiders though I try to remain neutral about them. I say they can stay on their side of the universe and I'll stay on mine.Soap foam..for some reason I really dislike foam like that gross stuff in the public restrooms. Eww! Just grosses me out totally. Bar soap is okay, it's just the foam-up stuff that gets me.But those are just superficial fears, a deeper fear is accidentally hurting others either emotionally or physically; in turn I tend to be wishy-washy and bottle up my emotions because I don't want to hurt others feelings.Another thing that scares me is animals. It's strange because I like animals but I also fear them because I don't understand what sets them off even when you're trying to be nice and calm. I fear their power and strength, their teeth and claws. I know that even compared to a squirrel I am weak. But I also don't want to ever hurt animals either regardless of how society views them.

The apocalypse, getting the stomach flu again, I had it (twice in the same two months.) Being buried alive in a locked coffin, Pokemon creepypastas, (like lavender town syndrome, it scared the crap out of me, but i'm finally kinda over it) And I also have trypophobia. Oh yeah, and up until I was about four, I was scared of electrical sockets because they looked like mad faces. And for some reason I always run up the stairs like someones chasing me at night- even though I know that nobody is- OK I should stop now, lol. Well, there's another long list.
disneyland • 23 August 2013 at 4:09 PM
Spiders, elevators, wide open empty looking spaces (like the ocean or an open empty field) , planes, darkness, and I get scared thinking about what would happen if the ones I love pass on or get hurt, and when I think about what happens after death. Oh I'm also afraid of natural disasters like you. I'm sure I have more fears just can't think of them off the top of my head. They're triggered when I experience them I guess. I'm weird.
soapeater2 • 23 August 2013 at 4:12 PM
I also have a fear of being the ony one left in a world full of zombies. XD
disneyland • 23 August 2013 at 4:18 PM
@soapeater2 - it's funny you should say that, we had a huge power outage in my town and the near towns around it for a day or two recently. During the night it scared the heck out of me because it reminded me of something you would see in a zombie apocalypse movie where the survivors are hiding out in houses with all the lights off and only having flashlight and candles to light there way to avoid zombies finding them. It was so scary. During the day it wasn't to bad though as long as I wasn't home alone.

I'm deathly afraid of moths. EWWWW. /shudder x1000000/STUPID FLUTTERY THINGS THAT ARE STUPID AND FLY INTO YOUR FACE LIKE IT'S NO BIG DEAL EWEWEWWWWWWEEWWthey also turn to dust when you squash them so I always feel like they're part vampire ;________;I can totally squash any other bugs that are no larger then my thumb. Even spiders. Actually, especially spiders 😸I've gotten over the dark, and now it's just more like "I really really don't want to elbow or knee something cuz that's so so so sooooo painful" One fear- moths. Yeah, that's it. c|

Gosh I'm deathly afraid of needles. When I was six I kicked the doctor in the face because he wanted a blood sample, to this day I don't regret it ;-;A little while ago I had to get a flu shot, it took my mom and three nurses to hold down one arm o-o not even the arm I had to get the shot in...
jennifer • 23 August 2013 at 5:04 PM
I'm deadly afraid of: Creepy crawlers, sudden movements, rejection (I'm so shy in RL, it's not even funny), getting erased from history (thank you so much, Doctor Who), heights, getting strangled, drowning, can't breathing (I've been through choking twice in my life), clowns, shows like SpongeBob (I think you call them Cartoon Violence), and things that shine in the dark.
disneyland • 23 August 2013 at 7:05 PM
Oh my gosh I'm so weird...I have completely no fear of needles or other peoples blood. But seeing my blood makes me so squeamish when its in the form of being taken from a needle. When i get like a cut or something it's no big deal though. D: I also have no fear of Doctor's or Dentists.Maybe it's because I've spent like 2/3s of my life at the doctor~
