SnowClan - A Literate Warrior Cats Roleplay

SnowClan....one of two clans left in the old forest. These cats came after twolegs place was built and are living on the outside of them.

SnowClan is a clan that thrives in the snow...they have powerful hind legs to jump in the snow and dense coats for the long winter nights.

PLOT:
Three of the moon, sun, and snow will come together to beat the darkness once and for all.

Translation: Three cats with names begining with Moon, Sun, and Snow will beat a cat with a name begining with Dark to save the clans.

Personality: Kind, gentle and careful. She is always calm and obedient, and loyal to the Clan. She is also very peaceful and generous.
Appearance: Pretty brown tabby with white paws and snow-like patches. She has a pink nose and a snowy splotch on her muzzle.
Other: She covers herself in snow to camoflage.

Age: 8 moons

Rank: Warrior apprentice

Gender: Female

Personality: Playful and always in a good mood but can get carried off sometimes.

Appearance: Albino with pale, sleek fur that has a tint of gold all over but a bright red scar with ^^^^^^ on both flanks from when she got caught in a two leg hunting trap when she was a kit.

Other: Should I change the shape of the scar? I dunno.

Age: around 5 moons

Gender: Male
Personality: Kind of shy and likes to hear stories.
Appearance: Dark gray fur with a white tail tip and a pale gray mark over one of his eyes.
Other: Cared for by a cat that was not his mother, both parents remain unknown. He was found in leaf-bare, at the time he was very sick and later when he got better Moonkit didn't remember anything besides his name - Moon. So from then on he was called Moonkit and would soon be trained the ways of the Warrior.

Personality: Cosmicblast is the most childish cat you'll meet. She loves meeting the kits, and wishes she could have her own. Though, when she needs to be, she is very responsible and a great leader.
Appearance: Cosmicblast is a tortoiseshell with white feet and big green eyes. She has a long fluffy tail, and is more skinny than most of the Clan.

Personality: As bouncy and Kind as she gets she never losses focus on the task at hand. She loves kits and doesn't think to much like a warrior. Her imagination help with her ideas but is also practical when it comes to safety.
Appearance: A blueish cat(like Bluestar) with brown paws and chest.
Other: Her sister Shadowsong(star) is leader of Ashclan in a different forest even though they look nothing alike they are great friends. But with the loneliness of having no family in the clan she feels like she needs some there for her to cheer her on.

Sunpaw woke up right away as sunlight penetrated the apprentices' den. She stumbled to her feet and bounded around waking up the rest of the apprentices. "It's the morning, you sleepy cats. How can you be a warrior if you can't even get up to do your duties?" she teased as she walked out into the sun's warm rays.

Personality: She doesn't mind doing apprentice tasks like cleaning out bedding or collecting moss. She loves to go out in the forest alone be it to hunt or just to go for a walk.
Appearance: Bark Gray/Black she-cat with ice blue eyes (more details later?)
Other: Wants to be the best hunter in the clan

Moonkit pranced out of the nursery. Not looking where he was going the kit ran right into Sunpaw. "Sorry Sunpaw," He meowed looking up at the apprentice. "Will you teach me a battle move? Pleaseeeee?" Moonkit begged

Cosmicblast, awake before anyone else, noticed Sunpaw yelling at the warriors. "Who made you leader, Sunpaw?" Cosmicblast asked and cuffed her over her ear. She gave her a little chuckle, and saw Moonkit begging to teach him a battle move.

"Oh, does Moonkit want to be a brave, heroic deputy like me one day?" Cosmicblast joked, and flicked her tail.

"Is being deputy fun?" Moonkit asked. The kit had never thought of it before, Him Deputy? Maybe one day becoming leader? He looked up wide eyed at Cosmicblast. All he'd ever thought about was becoming apprentice, it being only a few moons away.

Coldpaw got up and stretched, getting scraps of moss out of her fur before leaving the Apprentice's den. "What about hunting?" She asked Sunpaw after hearing the last part of Thunderstar's sentence.

Snowfur woke up from a deep sleep, yawning. 'Greenleaf,' she thought, 'Kits. Although we have no new queens yet.'. She went to the back of her and Moonfur's den, looking at the supplies. "Hmm, we have enough beech leaves to get the travel herbs in a pouch....We're quite low on burdock root....Our catmint supply will rot next Newleaf.... A lot of cobwebs..." she continued muttering to herself until she finally went to the end of the piles.

"So we need some more burdock, juniper berries, marigold and poppy seeds. We need poppy the most, so off to the forest then. I'm just going to get some poppy seeds, Moonfur!" She called. Life was easy with their skills, but even their well sheltered dens and their long pelts, many elders and kits died every Leaf-bare, and it was only right to start stocking up while there were herbs and plants around.

Sunpaw felt something hit her flank and looked down to see Moonkit who apologized and requested her to teach him how to fight. The apprentice smiled to herself, remembering the days where she was a kit, staring wide-eyed full of amazement at the warriors and apprentices.
Before Sunpaw could speak, Cosmicblast came out of the warriors den and playfully cuffed her on the ear than started talking to the kit. Seeing herself as no use in the situation, Sunpaw started to bound away to find something useful to do when Thunderstar walked up and started talking to Cosmicblast. Sunpaw's ears perked at the last part as Coldpaw walked up to her and asked about hunting. "I don't know," Sunpaw mewed, than paused and playfully jumped on Coldpaw,"Aren't you supposed the be the better hunter?"

Thunderstar walked over to the apprentices.

"Ok, instead of your mentors taking you out we are going to have an assessment for you today. You each need to catch 5 pieces of fresh kill and I will be watching but you won't see me."

Thunderstar nodded to the apprentices. "Good hunting!"

"Ah, yes Thunderstar!" Cosmicblast flicked her tail submissively, and looked at the apprentices. "I hope you do well today." she said calmly, a trait she did not usually posess.

"That'll be you, soon." Cosmicblast whispered to Moonkit softly.

Coldpaw played back, batting her paws at Sunpaw's ears. "I guess we'll find out." As Thunderstar walked over she stood respectfully and dipped her head when he was finished speaking. "It going to be weird, out there where you think its only your Mentor watching its really Thunderstar." She mumbled praying to Starclan that she didn't mess up.

Moonkit looked up at Cosmicblast. "When do you think I'll be an apprentice?" He asked. As Moonkit realized every apprentice got a mentor he quickly asked. "Do you know who will be my mentor?"

Sunpaw gave Coldpaw a look of amazement before replying. "You haven't been noticing?" she said in bewilderment. "Well, every cat knows that my mentor IS Thunderstar. And he's taught me every trick in the forest" boasted Sunpaw.
She raced to the camp exit before Coldpaw could reply and yelled back "It's the early cat that get's the prey!" with all the confidence in the world.

Not really. I think you can still be warriors and queens and kits and things, but nothing like leader and deputy and medicene cat. Sorry.

Thunderstar watched the apprentices head out of camp before turning to Cosmicblast. "Could you watch Sunpaw? Just as she is my apprentice and I don't need to watch her more than I need to watch Coldpaw."

Thunderstar nodded to Moonfur as she padded by.

Coldpaw followed quickly after Sunpaw. "I'm going to be the best hunter in the forest one day." Coldpaw thought as she went off to find a good place to hunt. Quickly she sented a mouse and crouched down slowly getting closer and closer, until finally she sprang with her hind legs and held it between her paws. Coldpaw killed it and thanked StarClan for its life. "One pray down, four to go." She purred quietly and barred the mouse to get later.


Moonkit's tail flicked in excitement as he watched Thunderstar and Cosmicblast leave. He stood up and walked over to the Medicine cats den. "Hello? Anycat here? Moonfur? Snowfur?" He asked looking around in the den before stepping in.
