Freez bug

Lot of my creatures who were frozen are no longer frozen all that hard work is disappearing and happening so fast I can't keep track of who's being unfrozen anymore is there something you can do to fix this ☹️ iv lost so many freezes Is anyone else also having this prob

that's scary :/
when the problem's solved, try writing the date you froze your creature on just in case something like that happens again.
hope they fix it for you soon

Happened to me on my Elge. >.<
I froze it yesterday, but I had to freeze it again as the freeze wasnt applied >.<

Dont know but the freeze which was not applied doesnt get any proof of application.

but isn't the deduction of 250cc from let's say 500cc proof enough?

For those of you who HAVE frozen a creature on the account you're logged in to:

Could you please provide ONE creature that you froze but that the freeze didn't take? And to clarify, how much CaveCash was deducted from your account total? One creature per account (as a sample).

I am investigating this bug. Thanks much.

Here.
I froze the Elge; Baptist.
I was doing it for bubblez/sin for a trade.

It wasnt frozen in the end.

I had a Balrog named LeBelle.
I did that a long time ago, in May.
I traded it in June to darthvader to see that its unfrozen. o-o

Both cases deducted 250CC from my account.
From now onwards, I'll take screenies of all freezes and if such thing is happening again, I'll be sure to report it.

Our logs read that you froze Baptist the Elge on Jul 12. Based on this creature's profile, the freeze took:

Our logs read that april__ froze LeBelle. Based on this creature's profile, the freeze took:

It would appear that these freezes have been correct. What happened, specifically? Did the CSP deduct 500 CC (duplicate transaction) from your account? Let me know.

Actually, I had a trade with sin, and I had to give her 7 freezes in return for immortal LEs.

They told a concern to Baptist that it was close to hatching, so I froze it the second I got it. Then linpug froze the 6 creatures (no problem on that) for me.
After that, I just noticed when I made the return lots
I did the first freeze at about Jul 10. Check the dates between Jul 9 - Jul 11, it might not be there as the freeze wasnt applied but the CC was deducted. Then I froze it again, and did the trade with bubblez quickly

LeBelle was a Balrog egg traded to me by ceres14, after the trade, I hatched it on EggCavern, and froze it. Then I traded it to darthvader, and when I noticed that darthvader bought a freeze from april__ and paid 1mil EC for that, I noticed that it was not frozen from the start of the trade. o-o

The freeze in LeBelle the Balrog (now Vader) was applied after May 20

I am not seeing any logs for this account between Jul 8 and Jul 12 (none for Jul 10). Did you receive a green "success" message when you applied this freeze to Baptist?

sorry iv not been on much i cant renumber all the creatures that i froze but a creature that i revived is Kris_ the Kringus

was frozen and is no longer ☹️

I was freezing it for frosted, and it deducted 250 CC from my account after. I traded it back to her, but she had to freeze it herself because it wasn't frozen anymore.

@linpug thats kinda like few my creatures that i got in trades that were frozen and now no longer are once i took them from _piano_pokemon_ and moved them here
