Eggs will hatch when they gain enough Views, Clicks, or Feeds depending which one they need. You can find out which one they need in

the Archives in the section about that creature http://eggcave.com/archives

or using the site @infinityfate posted c:

@ffshss The Archives is where you can find all sorts of information about creatures and what it takes for them to hatch and grow. The Cavedex that @infinityfate linked to is a fan-run encyclopedia of even more information about Egg Cave's creatures.

There is also a very handy FAQ that answers many common questions that new users have. I recommend checking it out. 😊
