EC problem

I had 94,267 EC and I decided to feed my cove so I could save up for the new creature at SAR. After I was done, I saw my EC and it WAS THE SAME AMOUNT AS BEFORE. I had no idea how it happened but I didn't earn EC for feeding, not even 1. So I tried to visit back my creatures but they all said 'fed today'. I also checked the new site blog post to see if it said anything about "not earning ec when feeding" but it didn't.

Someone please help:

Hmm, try clearing your cache or hard refreshing? I just tried feeding one of my creatures, and I got the EC. 😊

@ems @newlife what do you mean by hard refreshing? And yea I've tried clearing my cache still doesn't work :/

Are you by any chance on an Apple device (not a Mac, but an iPad / iPhone / iTouch)? I've seen this problem occur with people using those devices. And the reason is does it is unknown 😋

There have been no reported problems with feeding. If you did not receive EC for the feeds, then somehow the feeds did not go through at all in spite of the confirmation message you received.

Maybe the Feed button wasnt clicked properly.
When the page is partially loaded, and there are a lot of pages in line, it doesnt get fed.
Its best to do the mass feeding when its fully loaded.

I had an experience of this on my slow Internet (really slow) xD

@Ian the weird thing is that the message saying 'fed today' popped up really quickly after I press 'feed creature' for me, it usually loads for a little bit and then it come up but this time it didn't ☹️

@nasyiaxm Are you still experiencing this when feeding creatures? Remember to enable javascript and to let the page load fully before feeding.

@zAc I did and yes it's still happening to me, I haven't been able to feed my cove ever since.

Help! Feeding isn't working! I can't feed my creatures! I don't receive EC for feeds or my feed count doesn't increase.
