Default Cove List

So I have a question!

Why is it, if we set a specific cove list as our default, and then some time later go & edit something on our profile, it goes back to the default list? It won't stay to what we set it, it just automatically goes back to default & you have to manually pick your choice.

Yeah, I noticed that too :\ I just go to change my profile creature, and it switches back to default

It's because the menu is a drop-down ones... After choosing a list and saving it, it goes again on the 1st opition, so you only have to remember that everytime you change something while editing the profile you need to re-select the list you want to be showed or it will be re-changed as the default one...

@newlife The profile creature isn't the same; you may want to clear your browser's cache if your profile creature hasn't changed.

@dafni But shouldn't it show what your current default list is? o_o;;

Actually, if you change anything on your profile after changing your default cove list, it just goes back to the default.

Nope, it will always show "None (Show All)" even if you change the default list into the one you created, but on your profile it will show the list you want, don0t worry xD

Just when you edit your profile, change default creature, ecc... before click save you have to re-choose the list you want and than save... It's not a bug, it's the way they programmed the Default Cove List option

Yeah. I'm talking about what Dafni said. It switches back to None if you edit anything in your profile, including your profile creature, so then you have go to back and put it back on the cove list you want.
I've totally given up on the cove list because of this

@dafni When I changed my default list to 'Christmas!' and then changed the "white border" thing to 'Yes', the default list went back to 'None (Show All)' and my public profile's deafult list went to the original default... :I

Any time you change something on the profile, doesn't matter what, you have to re-choose "'Christmas!" before cliking "yes"

Like, I want to change my default creature now, so I'll go to my profile, choose the critter I want, re-set "feed list" as my Default list and only after that I save it...

They could make it to where it doesn't do that. They ought to make it where it'll remember.

I don't think it's a big deal check that everything is settled before saving the profile, actually it's easy to remember that, but if you think it's a huge thing, try to ask Ian to change it xD

It's not a big deal, just annoying. And a lot will forget to change it back :T

I guess that after a bit it will become automatic to check that, don't worry ;D
