FoxFun continued to pull the pesky thorns out of Faded_Echoes fur. While they'd been travelling through the Swamps of Ark, Faded_Echoes had tripped on a flunny hole and crashed into a bramble bush. FoxFun had reluctantly came to help her squealing partner, pulling her from the thorny vines and plucking the thorns from her now rumpled fur. Once de-thorned, the two continued onward. "Can't believe you shouted those names..." Faded_Echoes muttered darkly. "You never know what's in these woods..."
"Well get over it." FoxFun retorted angrily."Cuz, there's no Xandra to save you! Now come on, we've got to get to Leila by evening, I don't fancy spending a night in these retchid swamps..."
Later...
"WHAT! OVERNIGHT! WHAT!?" FoxFun fumed. The pair had kept walking on their sore feet until sunset. Theyd gotten hopelessly lost, and Faded_Echoes had finally admitted defeat, and refused to budge an inch. "Wait-what was-" FoxFun broke off as a terron burst through the trees.
"AHHHHHHHHH!!!"
The two had finally agreed on something bolting[yes even Faded_Echoes who was now fluffed out with fear]into the night,the terron in hot pursuit, beating its wings furiously at them.....
