Errr, this looks like a meditating rock... but it sure looks nice, not sure if this is Egg Cave-ish though!

But the details are awesome, especially the colorful gems on its body ^o^

LOVE the first stage. It's like "Yeee, I'm a rock! So glad I'm a rock! Hard Rock!"...okay, that makes no sence 😃 And it really is unique and not like anything ever seen - the thing I really appreciate about creatures. Great work!

@mighty-lair speaking *runs* too cute.

Part rock with gems and mystery is a fantastic name. First thing I thought was, "What a mystery", then had to laugh.

I love going rock hounding with my gf. I have no idea what she is talking about using all that Latin in a rush of pure excitement over um, a rock. But that's the fun part.

So is this concept. I really like the drawings and the story. Gems on half of it's body??? Almost as if it can blend with the walls if needed. Does it protect miners or the gems or the Earth?? One mystery after another comes to mind, I like that it stirs the imagination.

I wondered at the chains and then saw a gem pendant attached to one. One of the things I like to do is freeze interesting eggs and this would be one. If lucky I could have a chance at getting at least one if it were a monthly Cave creature. A monthly would be easiest to get and freeze.

Never apologize for your drawing look up Stortici and Flub totally diff once the artists get a hold of it. I almost think they like a concept they can design upon instead of just reproducing a completed work. Same thing with the story line.

In short I love it. Now I get to go back to feeding what was suppose to have been being taken care of *sigh*. But thanks for an exciting break!

Ahah rock hounding it's quite an interesting and funny thing. I used to do it sometimes, when I was younger, and i still have a box full of my collected rocks. *w*

However ... thank you so much for your nice words. 😸 I'm very glad you like both the design and the story. And, of course, the name too. x3 And yup, these chains ... I had in mind a familiar image, the one with a pendent and a gem, so I thought about adding something similar on it. xD

Also ... Id love to see it as a cave creature, too. 😸
