@skittlejg Oh... What if she had no powers except the telepathy thing you said they have to have, and then Eight only developes the fire legacy later on?

@skittlejg @ems @xoxo5959 @epicthings451 @cutebirdy79---I pushed open the door and dragged along, sitting in a seat at the end of the room. As far from the teacher. No, I wasn't looking forward to this. Guess what, Fran just slid behind me, and popped down on the seat to my left, as she continued blabbering about nonsense.I scooted my chair to the right, and got up and sat at the front of the room. I was near the teacher, but at least not with that lunatic. Fran just sat down, wondering. I don't know what, but who knows, she's messed up anyway.Suddenly a tall pretty woman with long black hair drifted in. "Hello, I'm Ms. Huckleberry, and I'm your English teacher this year." Nice name. "SO, let's welcome the new students." She called up, Greta, Louise, Henna, Fran, and me, Violet. At that point I was trembling, as some person pushed me off the seat. I groaned, and headed to the front of the class, blushing.

@ems Do you mean telekinesis, all of the Guarde get that power along with her first legacy, so she won't have it until she has at least one other legacy.Anyway, maybe you could get your first legacy while you are in the Redwood Forest and set it on fire which would lead us to you.@tralala22

Running her finger along the crude curves, she remembered her dearest friend and protector, her Cepan. Sighing and pushing the painful memories of death away, Eight hefted the chest up onto her shoulder and continued to run north with a small ache in her heart.

As I got up, I took in a breath of shock. My body was translucent. I looked down at my hands, watching them flicker from translucent, to transparent, to opaque, and back again, like a scratched CD skipping, then pausing, then skipping, over and over until you turn it off."Mark!" I yelled, running down the stairs, a tricky task when you can't see your feet, but I kept hold to the banister encase I should trip.I ran into his room, and found him sitting up in his bed, glasses on his nose, staring down at his laptop screen.His jaw dropped when he saw me, and then the biggest smile I've ever seen from him, possibly anyone, spread across his face."Alex, your getting your first legacy," he told me, hurrying to his desk. He took out a key, and unlocked the drawer at the bottom.Reaching in, I held my breath. He pulled out what I had long been waiting to see, my chest.He nodded to me, and we put on hands on either side of the large padlock on the chest. It vibrated and clicked open.

Gone forever. Tears slipped their way out of Eight's eyes as she remembered.Mogs rushed the pair, and Josh yelled at Eight to run. "Run, Eight! And don't you dare look back!" He shoved the chest into the young girl's arms and watched the tears fill her confused eyes. "Well?!" He shouted again, ducking under a Mog's arrow."RUN!"Not wanting to disappoint her only friend and care-giver, Eight turned and sprinted as fast as she could, only glancing back to see Josh putting up quite the fight. Tears streamed out of her eyes. Looking back once more, she saw an arrow sprout from Josh's chest, followed by a sword. Blood splattered the ground, and time seemed to slow. Eight let out a strangled cry, her knees shaking as she stopped and stared at the scene before her in utter horror. "N-no!" She sobbed, and the Mogs' attention was drawn to her.And then in a blind terror, Eight had to leave her dying friend to preserve herself and her race.And now...?Looking at the little number eight carved into her chest by her long-gone friend.... It simply made Eight's heart clench. She bit her lip and continued at a slow walk.

Louise blushed, as she took out her tissue. Nerd here!On and on til it came to Fran. "I'm Fran, and I made a friend already!" she drifted to me and pointed. "We'll be best friends! We'll always play!"I groaned, and everyone laughed of how baby-ish we were. No one really says play anymore, and seems like she just said it. "Hang-out, " I whispered, dragging my coat.It was me turn. "Hi, I'm Violet." I said, completely calm. "So, now that we knw you, please sit down and we can play a little game!" The teacher replied, giving us a little shove.

@tralala22 @skittlejg Legacy time? 😋~is too lazy to ping other users who haven't posted~--Eight felt heat. A lot of it. But looking around, all she saw were heat waves. The grass under her feet burned suddenly, and Eight cried out in surprise, pulling a hand in front of her face.It was made of flames.Shrieking, Eight shook her hand until she realized something. Something that made her giggle hysterically.She had developed her first legacy....... If only Josh had lived long enough to see this...But Eight didn't know what to do now! She couldn't control it, and the Redwood Forest began burning brightly before her eyes. "No!" She gasped, and realized that her chest would burn as well."No!" She couldn't let the last memory of her friend burn in her own flames. But when she dropped the chest, she noticed how it wasn't burning. How odd. Eight hefted the chest to her burning shoulder and fled, faster. She couldn't let the beautiful forest burn down. Her body flickered out, and she was left to her normal self. Then the curses really flew from her mouth. She could die in this fire! Her thoughts spun rapidly./Ahhh! No! Urm, magic words?! I WISH JOSH COULD TELL ME HOW TO FIX THIS!/ Her mind screamed."AHH! Um, fire out!" She yelled, flailing her hands. That failed... Eight would have to try and outrun the rapidly spreading fire and trust her luck.

@emsI'm not going to make you change it, but that was on the border of too gory. Sorry, I've had some past issues with roleplays getting to gory. It was my fault, I posted the bloody stuff. But anyways, that was really good, especially the fourth paragraph (the bloody one.)Edit: I'm talking about second to last post you posted. 😃@tralala22 _______Mark wouldn't let me see everything in my chest. The first one he showed me was a fairly large, smooth, opalescent stone. It looked as if it had a purple grey haze floating inside it."Healing stone," Mark said. "It heals, but only if they were caused with intent to hurt or kill, and the healing process hurts twice as much as the original injury."I put it to the side, and Mark pulls out a pouch. He pours two small, stone cubes into his hand. One was a sulfur yellow, and the other a turquoise color."Put this under your tongue," he said.I grabbed the blue stone and did as he instructed. I instantly felt a rush of water pouring down my throat."Sustenance," he says, "That one satisfies your thirst, this one, your hunger."

@skittlejg @emsI DONY HAVE LEGACY!!!☹️ ---Vi-Vi sat down, and stared at the front. She sighed. Her Guarde always told her that she was special, she didnt have any legacies. "Ugh." She thought, "why?"Suddenly, a sharp pierce of the teachers voice shot through my eardrums. I looked up, and she was at the top. "Hello? Anyone in there? PLEASE ANSWER!" She shot."Yes," I replied weakly, and snatched out my hand to cover my ears as my greasy expression spread across my face.The teacher smiled her cheerful smile again. "I don't want to be mean. Just please listen," she replied, and walked to the front. After that, we played a simple game and all the other classes raced through. I didn't pay attention for any, so much for a first day.I hopped on the bus as fast as I could before the lunatic Fran could catch me. And arrived home.

@skittlejg Oh sorry. ^^' I don't get any worse than that. ;3 I personally don't like gory stuff either.@tralala22--Eight clenched her teeth and ran for all she was worth, the fire snaking towards her quickly from behind. Her mind raced faster than her feet, and Eight was not in a very good mood at this point. The fire could drag the Mogs to her. And they were something Eight never wanted to see again. Not after what happened.

I asked. I needed to know everything. So far, I just know I'm some sort of special human and.... Number 10. "Well, I like apples." Amelia joked, laughing. "Pigs too!"

@ems@tralala22 Right now I'm in Ohio, but how about we meet in the Chicago Airport, and don't know each other is Loric, then you see my chest when get to Sacramento. Then we decide to go together to Redwood National Park, a 5 and a half hour drive away. 😋 And then we somehow meet Eight when we are there. 😃 😃 And we do this after seeing a picture of a girl who appears to be made of fire running out of the forest. 😃 😃______Mark continued to show me things. Xitharis, a moon like stone, allowed guard to give another guard their power for an hour. He also showed a small, blue blade, that seemed to pulse ice through my hand when I touched it. There was another one, but red, which made my arm feel warm and tingly. After he was done, he told me that he was going to go check some things, but would allow me to continue to look, and only look, at the other objects in my chest.

@skittlejg @tralala22--Eight quickly ran further and further, picking up speed, and bursting into flames again. Not wanting to risk her life though, she continued her rapid dash through the burning forest.

@ems Ummmmm. I don't think you know what telekinesis is. Telekinesis is the ability to move objects with your mind. Your thinking of telepathy.Telekinesis: The purported ability to move or deform inanimate objects, as metal spoons, through mental processes.Telepathy: Communication between minds by some means other than sensory perception.

I screamed, with a horrific expression on my face. "All these years waiting, and..." I ran to my room and sobbed. I just found out that I was much different than the other Lorics, much much different. And different in the... Way.---1 hour later---"Vi!" Amelia screamed, as she banged on my door. "Vi!" I looked at her, and set foot. "Ok." I said. I opened the door and stomped out."Sweetie, we're going on holiday!" Amelia said, probably thinking that from the top of her head. "Ugh... In the middle of the school year?" I said. "No," Amelia replied, "there's a holiday tomorrow, for 10 days. We're going to Chicago."I screamed. "Chicago!!" I was excited. I always wanted to go there, the name sounded awesome. Amelia took out two tickets that said Chicago Airport and waved them in front of me. "Hah."

@tralala22 @skittlejg--Eight saw the approaching tree line, and let out a cry of triumph, her body flickering out again as she dove out of the forest. Maybe now would be a good time to look through her chest and make sure her magical items, and personal belongings, were still inside.All the little pictures of her and Josh were inside, along with her mysterious weaponry and a final note from her Cepan. That would be saved for a better time, Eight decided. For now, she needed to get as far away from the Redwood Forest as she could.

@tralala22@emsHave you read the books? Because I don't think I mentioned anything about their Cepan's final letter?Also, all Loric have different items in their chest. Some things like the healing stone or sustenance or even xitharis they might have. And some items might have to do with their legacies._______________Mark I continued to rummage through my chest. I found a ring with a gold band , and a hallow crystal ball on the front. I didn't put it on, following Mark's rules.Then, I picked up a large grey capsule. Inside seemed to be a normal bouncy ball, but when I threw it on the floor, it bounced back up, and started swirling around. At first a small breeze seemed to fill the room, but when I touched it, it started to spin faster, and the breeze whipped throughout the house. The papers on the coffee table went flying, even the pillows on the couch flew across the room."Mark!" I yelled, but my voice was drowned out in the wind.

@skittlejg No I have not. o3o I didn't even know there was one. XD I just put that in there because I thought it was something her Cepan would've put in there.@tralala22--The fire raged behind Eight. If the fuzz saw her here with a strange chest, no parents, and the Redwoods in flames behind her, she would certainly be a goner. So Eight got up against her exhausted body's protests and started running again. It would take forever to get to Chigago from here... Maybe she could hide out somewhere and take five.

His hands fumbled to open it, but when he did, the ball zipped back, and he quickly shut the lid."That's enough looking through your chest," he said, panting hard.

@skittlejg @ems Heading to airport 😊---It was the next morning, and I felt a crack on the back. Then I realised today was CHICAGO DAY!!!!! I screamed at the top of my lungs when I heard footsteps crumpling down the stairs. I looked at Amelia. "Little too loud?""I think."I shook my head, and banged the table. "Come on!" I said, "Where's my food?" Amelia took off her pajamas and underneath was and AWESOME ready-to-go suit!!! She was suddenly so hyper."You tricked me!" I laughed, and put out my plate. She dropped some eggs on it and I gobbled the up."Hah, Vi-Vi!" Amelia joked, "looks like your excited!!""Yeah," I replied, "and you too!"---1 hour later---I walked over to Amelia. "Are we ready to go????!!!!" I shrieked, getting moe excited than EVER!!"Amelia giggled. "Of course.----1 hour later----We boarded the passenger aircraft and at down. Our planes took off when I felt a bump. "Turbulence, we are experiencing turbulence. Please fasten your seat belts and return to your seat." The speakers blared out. Amelia walked slowly over and sat down."Ooh. This is gonna be a bumpy ride."
