Definitely a sushi place, I love sushi! (mild sushi addict) Maybe the one with fish eggs on top cant remember name is called like something sunshine XD

I can never seem to get the rice just perfect. It is still really good but, the rice they use at sushi places must have magic in it or something.

They use special rice, its called sticky rice or something I usually get the calrose flavor, I might try jasmine next time though.

I've used sticky and jasmine rice but, the texture is always just slightly off. They still taste amazing though 😋
