LIZ! HAI! I've missed you! Gah, we're all sorry for leaving ya out, but on the bright side, we've kept from any time skips. xD

Ah, yes, I'm attached to my Eytan and Alexin babies ;u; And yeah, I've yet to reveal their past together -- considering that /Eytan/ is the more attached one of the two, and he's a nihilist at the same time, you can guess their history is interesting. xD

Also, as for Strider being in need for someone to care about him, we've got Eytan and Alexin, who have metaphorically made a nest and are taking in strays, which mostly Alexin brings in. xD Kinda like a mommy and daddy bird =3

I felt bad for putting Strider in such a bad situation, though. Would've changed it if you hadn't mentioned you didn't mind. Still, though, I hope your baby gets better .3.

Oh yes, my poor, poor baby Strider. The situation doesn't bother me, but it pains me to write his parts and get your replies because... just. Ouch. Wow, a stab in the feels. When your characters are hurting, it's either painful or exciting. Or both, y'know, both works too.

Alexin and Eytan are sweethearts and I want to hug them.
I WANT TO HUG EVERYONE IN THIS ROLEPLAY, MY GOD.

Oh honey, only if you knew the heartbreak in tow... Truly, the roleplay's all about outcasts (and not even in the metaphorical sense anymore). We're literally talking about a new race, very much limited to teenagers, /children/ who aren't prepared for the world's cruel prejudices and, really, it's both sad for those who were forced to grow up fast (Strider, Eytan, Ethan, Aykay, Cordelia), those who still have yet to experience the pain that ages them by millenias (Sam, Alexin, Misha), those already dead inside (Arsenic) and those who turn a blind eye and pretend to be too shallow to experience everything deeply (Draco).

It's just... sad. But rest assured, with this much pain, the few happy moments our martyrs have will be exhilirating. :')

I sure hope so. I think every single character in this roleplay deserves a ray of sunshine in their life. They really do, with all they have to put up with simply because they are different. And, you know, this happens in today's world, just not to the degree of severity this roleplay happens to be.

It really is sad, how people just can't accept simple differences. It's kind of stupid, actually, how we as a race haven't gotten over that bump in the road.

But that's just my opinion. ^^"

Not everyone, in all truth. xD You won't think so for some of mine in a while. I haven't introduced their entire personalities and they're pretty tricky in all truth. But yes, the relevance of what we're roleplaying applies to real life too. It's a matter of viewing point.

So idk, we're literally explorng racism here, but from the receiver's point of view. I fear we aren't even dramatising... It's just as bad out there. God, reminds me of my gypsy tribe. Dx I made the mistake to search up romani history and now I know why those people shadow their past and refuse to write it down. It's terror.

Yeah, sure, I mean... if they can make a deal with Strider's older bro. I'm wondering if I should make him a side character or not, since I don't know if he'd be pointless or not.

But Strider's older brother was originally a resistance fighter in previous roleplays I've been in (eh, other sites, I think). So, maybe he can help? I don't know.

Besides, I wanted to introduce Jayce. Another one of my babies.

Oh... my god, I had ideas about that. Resistance I mean. I have an inside man... A few actually. xD so ah, maybe he CAN be part of the resistance. I'll be addng side characters for my dudes as well, so he won't be pointless.

Oh, cool! So I might introduce him later on, if necessary. I've had so many characters cooped up inside, I'm just waiting for a good time to deploy them into the plot. Considering new personalities can potentially greatly alter the story, finding a good spot to snuggle 'em in is always beneficial.

I might as well! I've been waiting to work up a thing for him, I wonder where he'll end up. I'm planning on making him a parrot, an annoying little bird boy who screeches at people and mimics them all day. So, yeah, he's irritating.

Yeah, he's kind of a cutie. He's really sensitive, too. Jayce is around 12-14 (age unknown) and just a real dorky, annoying, childish boy who hasn't yet matured in the slightest. He's got these brilliant wings of rainbow colors and he looks like a chosen one, but he's really just a dweeb. And he cries when people tell him to shut up. So, in short, he's basically a loud, obnoxious little kid. xD

Oooh, better keep that one away from Arsenic. Dx He'd ruin the child... Don't you just love that my youngest character is the most demented? I mean, he's a tortured soul, probably the one who experienced martyrdom most, but he's effing deadly man. xD

I can kind of imagine him threatening to cut Jayce's tongue out, just straight forwardly telling him that if he gets too annoying.

Edit: Will Strider ever get better? Will Alexin help with his recovery? =o Da suspence! Stay tuned to find out ;]

Not all characters sleep. Arsenic has insomnia, Eytan gets up to smoke, so generally, they don't ALL have to have fallen asleep, we just have to agree when we can skip to the next day. And EVERYONE has to agree... Kay?

But yes, otherwise it'll be some long couple of nights. xD Still, I think that roleplaying them out would be long and would irk some people so why don't we roleplay them out in PM when the time comes?

Name: Jayce Donahue

Gender: Male

Age: 12-14, so let's call him 13.

Look: Your average, premature little boy. He's short, hasn't hit any major growth-spurt, and he's got a head of 'flames' (burning red hair). His eyes are a pale, subdued green- almost like a spring leaf color- with odd flecks of gold from the animal he is mixed with. He's got stubby talons on his fingers, nothing that could do much harm at all. Because he's kind of a dork, he wears multicolored feathers in his hair because he thinks it's cool to show off that yes, he is the prettiest bird in the flock.

Personality: Much like a parrot would coo back at you, Jayce is obnoxious and likes to mimic everybody around him. He keeps his wings flared to appear big, hoping the bright colors would scare any coercers away so he can continue his interminable mocking. In short, he's rather annoying. As much as he is irritating, however, Jayce is extremely sensitive to being yelled at or criticism and takes no insult lightly. Careful, it's hard to joke around with Jayce, because he might just start crying because you offended him.

Dorm: #19

Clubs(2): Basketball and Archery (he's going to be the little boy who gets on everyone's nerves by either bragging or making fun of other people, beware).

Other: If your character hates little kids, I'd advise you to steer clear of Jayce. Or, you know, step right up and introduce yourself. Then threaten him and watch him cry. @.

Okay so starting from first to last:

Eytan: would most probably say a word or two to the boy before realizing he's an annoying ditz and proceeding to ignore him. If he has a cigarette around he would last through all the mocking until Jayce gets bored of him and leaves, but if not, he probably would excuse himself and literally jump off a window or something. The flared wings wouldn't really annoy him all that much, he doesn't look down upon arrogance, nor does he care about it, so he'll be nonchalant. Especially considering he's most probably taller than the kid. If Alexin's around, he wouldn't act until the other showed signs of being upset.

Alexin: Would be all smiley and nice to the kid. In all truth, he'd try to find a reason of justification for Jayce's behaviour and his weirdness, but it doesn't in any way, mean he won't be upset. Probably would take most mocking to heart despite laughing it off. Would try to make excuses to leave and if things get a bit heated, he'd just try to tell the other he isn't being nice and could he please stop insulting.

Draco: He'd get so angry you don't even know. xD He'd try to outdo Jayce in mocking and eventually get super angered and start cursing at him straight frowardly. Probably accompanied by yells of "STFU!" or "GO DIE!" and all that.

Arsenic: would probs try to hurt him to get him to stop and try to instill SOME fear or respect in him. Probably not respect but he'd do his best to make sure the kid would cower down and shut up whenever he sees him. He'd be all 'Let's play, friend" all the time though. xD He'd enjoy any looks of raw fear he's given, though would get annoyed by tears, since he knows he'd get in trouble for making a kid cry. getting away with scaring someone to death is his fav thing ever though. xD So he'd make sure Jayce knows to keep his mouth shut -- as in, he'd put all his effort into making the mouthy parrot not say a word about what happened.

Misha: Would be all quiet and hurt; then would burst out crying.
