navigation, unfreeze, and notifications suggestions

1. an on/off option for notifications now that they continuously pop-up every time we refresh a page. it's kinda overwhelming when there's like 64 notifications rolling across your screen and they won't go away >.<

2. a personalized 'your account' navigation. like if you'd like a quick link to the trade center, travel agency, or inventory. maybe even topic you visit regularly.
like we could swap out the mail link with the trade center link and the strongroom link with your inventory.

3. unfreezing...so let's say you're after a certain stage creature that's extremely hard to find that nobody has uft. buuuuuuut someone has a frozen egg...with 134302842039580 views, etc. and the thing only needs 1000 views to get to the stage you wanted.
instead of creatures skipping stages overnight when you unfreeze them, they only evolve one stage at a time per day until they reach their final stage or is frozen.

I like all of them especially the 3rd suggestion /shot, cries/ Lol. Dang 2nd stage Flintars. It's weird that the egg stage Flintar was easier to find D'x

Haha, my Flintar just evolved to 3rd stage. Kinda wish I would have frozen now. Oh well.
