Confused about defeating the idola

So I visited the research center, and there are 5 potions that are needed to be found, even though they said there're all over the ark map, I didn't spot a single potion :/ Are there any guides to this event? Just like the Easter egg hunt one? Thanks a lot!

You need a computer but you use your mouse and move your curser over the map and little places light up but not all 5 are on just the Ark map...some are in Ark City and some are in other places...

If you need help, I'd be happy to give hints! But not for the mustard one, I am so confused about that one....
@jazzyleia Have you found the mustard bottle? I've hovered over every spot on the Ark City map! It's impossible to find...
