I maxed out my creatures for tims, but it took my money and didnt book them?

i went and maxed out my pets in tims, and i know because i went and chose how long and ect, but it took my money and accually removed the days they had left, so now ive lost money and they arent booked. :/ im rebooking them, but that was pretty upsetting.

This has been around since the new Tim's system came out.
I complained about it, but nothing was done. I'm sorry the same thing happened to you

and do you happen taht if you pick all your creatures choose date then 7 of last you creatures have 24 days eating?

O_O that happened me alot! when i go book my eggs liek for 4 days then last 5-7 are booked for 24 days instead of 4 ?? : /

Instead of pressing renew to Max 60 days, I just put it on the last date specified.
Example: If my creature had 5 days left, I would put it on 55 days of service instead of the maximum of 60.
It works, so I've learned :/ Hope they fix this

Hi guys! I am sorry to hear about this bug. It has been overlooked and remained unfixed.

I have fixed the individual max creature renewal for 60 days.

Ping me back if anything else isn't working.
