#1: How go u create a user shop? #2: can u become a mod? And how?

1) Like, selling art?
2) Yes. All the mods, minus Ian, are just users. You have to be 16 or older; And I think been here for a certain amount of time. They usually mention in a blog when they are looking for mods; You fill out an application, and they over look all the applications sent in. However, applications are currently closed since they are not looking for mods.
