Breeding Creatures

So I know that some creatures are very rare.And some are common.But some people like to collect creatures.And this will make it easier for people to collect certain creatures.
So here's my idea:
People can breed their females with another person's creature.You will have to pay a small amount of EC to breed with someone' s male.The price range would be from 500EC-50,000 EC.
The female owner will get the baby and the male's owner will get the EC.
You can only breed a female that's 70 levels or older.The female will lose little happiness once she gives birth.
The female can only breed with it's kind.Males can only breed with it's kind too.Male owners can send breeding request with someone's female if they'd like.
The female owner may reject or accept the offer.The male owners can choose the price they want to get.The female owners can ask the male's owner to lower the price.

So kind of like Howrse? I honestly don't think it's necessary. Convenient, maybe, but it would make rare creatures like Tines and Onnys so much more common and rarities would go completely bonkers...
