I'd suggest a Compaq. It's great, really easy, and perfect for an almost-teenager. In fact, I got one when I was 10 😸

@ilovedoctorwho how much do they cost? I might take a few more suggestions and pick one I think best suits me.

If you are wanting to do gaming, I would suggest a windows desktop, I have never owned a laptop, so I don't have any suggestions for that. 😋 I have played games on Apple Macbooks, and on some websites it does not work out to well 😊

EDIT: I forgot to ping ;_;

@dramatic I got mine pretty cheap for $230 but most places sell it for about $300. I have had many computers so if you are looking for even cheaper (they might not be as good quality as this one), just tell me 😸
Of course, the Samsung Chromebook is also pretty good, got that one when I was like... a bit young, maybe 7, and I have to say, it was equal quality. And, only $260! My favorite computer costs a lot, so I won't suggest it. Okay... so... yeah! Lenovo (Flex or IdeaPad (U or Z)) is one of my kinda cheap favorites, and if you can spend that much - ranges from $400 something to $500 or $600 something-, I would definitely recommend it. It honestly depends on your budget and how technology-y you are. (x3 Yes, I said technology-y 😸)

@dramatic When you buy a computer (generally speaking) it has to have good characteristics like the video card, the RAM memory, the storage memory and the processor, especially for playing games. Very cheap models don't, but for a bit more money there are a lot of nice computers. Like mine, it costed like 500 bucks in Bulgarian money (that is 350$). Maybe you should check some models on the Internet and see their prices.

Do you have a budget? Most decent and cheap laptops are at £200-600 (or $330-980).

What sort of games are you playing? If you play a few games that are quite intense (things like WoW, Dota, Portal, GTA, etc.) and require the best performance out there--you might even be looking for Alienware standards. However, if you're playing online games (ones on addictinggames.com and Miniclip, for instance), you won't need a gaming PC.

There's some info on what sort of specs you're looking for in the first link I gave you. 😸
