Adventure Time vs. Regular Show

Oh I like both of the shows! But I love adventure time that little bit more.

I even got custom made vans-type shoes mad of adventure time! 😃

It's a bit unfair to compare the Regular Show to Adventure Time since the Regular Show is for older audiences while AT is for younger audiences

To be honest, I really don't like Adventure Time, it promotes violence first, questions later :/

Is regular show really meant for older audiences? I mean, I get that it has a bit of mature content on occasion, but so does adventure time.

Both of them can really be watched if you're over 12, in my opinion.

adventure time 😸 I rarely watch regular show, it just doesn't intrest me but my friend loves it so im okay with it. But my openion I like adventure time better 😃 p.s I like jake the most 😸

Pfft. Adventure Time of course. I seriously dislike Regular Show, kinda think its well, stupid. No offense to those who like it, because Adenture Time can be "stupid" too. 😋

AT is my fav
RS is BOOOOOOOOORING, regular stuff at the first, then things at the end, i feel impatient waiting for it to just go, and then i stop watching

I'm a huge fan of AT, but I can think of a million egs. of violence. They do a lot of slicing and dicing in that show. That being said, I don't necessarily think that's a bad thing. It's hyperbolised and comical and there are a few episodes where they go overboard with the violence and show the consequences for hurting people. I think that, if anything, AT promotes kindness, consideration, and tolerance more than anything else.

I can't claim to be an expert on Regular Show, since I've only seen the last half of an episode. I liked it, it made me cack myself, but I can't imagine myself getting super invested in the plot and characters the way I am with AT. I prefer AT because it has that added dimension that makes us really care about everyone, even people who would seem like losers to the outside world, like LSP and Cookie Princess.
It's a show that tells you you can be whoever you want to be and that you have to power to make people's lives better.

Haha, that's probably more than you intended. Perhaps we should start an AT thread to fan over 😋

I personally don't mind Adventure time, but love the Regular Show. The reason why many don't like/understand it is because it's not meant for younger people, which half of the Adventure time fans are. I love the Regular show because the characters aren't what they seem to be and characters you thought were only once off, tend to come back a few more times. Plus, the absurdity of what happens is just too good X'D that basketball episode and the one with Santa is so absurd X'D

I find that Adventure time is a really deep and meaningful show when it wants to be, but around half the time it's pretty much just violence and punch first, ask questions later. I'm sick of all the violent cartoons but that won't really stop me from watching Adventure time

Yeah, that little bit of it I caught seemed the weirdest, most fantastic thing ever. I might have to start watching it myself 😋
I just really like super random, ridiculous things and Regular Show seems to fit the bill. Anything I can look at and go 'what the actual hell, are these writers on crack' is fine by me.

I agree, AT is certainly not perfect. There are moments where I just go 'really bro, really?' I do like the way they approach gender and I ship Marcegum to the ends of the earth and back.

Yeah. AT isn't perfect, but I still love it. I just love the silliness. And that Food Chain episode... I have no words.

Yep. I love the tension between them. They obviously still have feelings for one another. It's a shame that they'll probably never get back together because of CN, it'll just have to be one of those resolutions that never happens. Ugh, it's going to be torture.
