A bit miffed

Hey @Ian, I had a couple suggestions for the town hall

1. Extend the character limit (please)
2. When the page resets, instead of going to the first creature in your cave, STAY on the creature you wanted to change

Reason Im suggesting both of these features, is because just now I was trying to rename a gift my friend gave me to her name, and when the page reset telling me it couldnt exceed 14 characters, it switched to the first creature in my cove, which happened to be named -AmeliaLightwing after my other friend. Well, the only thing I have suceeded in doing is renaming Amelia and not the rousel from my friend. Normally that wouldnt be a problem, but -AmeliaLightwing is 16 characters :/ so I sucessfully ruined my creature's name due to the page reseting and the character limit.

For the character limit, can you change it to 20 characters? I think that would be enough for most people to type in a name, and it would allow me to fix my creature back to what her name should be. if not 20, then 16?

edit: it happened again but on a different egg this time (i was able to fix it luckily) so now I've wasted 3000 ec fixing names because town hall starts at the top of your cove instead of where it left off :/ (im not asking for compensation, but I really would like for the features listed above to be integrated. thats compensation enough)

I like the idea, and as for your poor renamed creature, would it be reasonable to submit a ticket and asked for it to be changed back?

@wolphire I didnt realy wanna bug Ian over something so menial, but this feature seemed legitimate enough to raise a point about

@cosmicbrambleclaw I agree that I'd like to see the limit raised from 14 characters. I was trying to name a creature today, and exceeded the requirements by a letter or two. I didn't even know there was a limit until the name didn't work. Is this a recent change?
