Are travel rarity meaningless?

I noticed a ton of virtually unobtainable or very rare travels are always in stock at the travel agency, PKS1101, big easter egg, ark fields, treetops with easter egg, etc.

No, they are supposed be how frequently they are restocked in the TA.


But due popularity of things and other factors some travels appear common due or super due to this. (and vice versa)

For example PKS is rare right? But it's expensive and also orange isn't my personal favourite color. So I don't buy it. This may be other people's reasoning as well. So it's in the TA all the time.
