How do I convert EC to CC?

Got the EC now I don't know where to go to convert.

There is no way to convert EC to CC. CC can only be bought with real money in the Cash shop Park

Some people will sell CC creatures for large amounts of EC or rare creatures.

When we could still trade cc to other users you could 'convert' it like that. There were a few users who would trade CC for EC. If you have a large amount of ec I suggest you make a topic of how much you're willing to trade and ask for cc creatures.
