She's cute.
However, the eyes are just too big for my taste.
Yes, they give that chibi feel to it but instead of making the eyes bigger, make the entire head big(:
If you were trying for chibi, of course..
However, the way the eyes are detailed are precious.
The outfit is lovely.
I like the scarf. (:
I also like the ears.
And the things coming off of them.
I dunno why, but I really like them. whatever they are!
I don't know what they are right now, but I'm sure I would be able to tell if they were colored.(;

Now, you were trying to resemble a Brownil.
You have the outfit and ears,
But I think there needs to be more...
I don't know what though. /fail/
I would personally try to look more, animal-ish.

But this is just me. (:
I really like your style.
Its deffinately unique, you won't find it other places.
